I would have put 0 stars but the minimum is 1, it was a bad experience, we were at the west field mall and we ordered 2 sandwiches and we were confused about our order and we asked nicely if they can check our receipt, and there was 2 ladies in the register and they responded in a very bad way and giving us looks, then the cooker came and told them to calm down and the cooker was actually nice and helped us with our order, they should learn how to be respectful and kind to their clients.
Only reason why this gets a three-star is because of service was good and friendly. The food is all right just taste bland all the taste mush together but my kids liked it

Just an overall bad experience. New chain just opened at Walmart in Renton. Girl at the counter did not greet with hello. Sandwich took forever, ordered Philly and to say a very big disappointment would be an understatement. Probably the absolute worst Philly I've ever eaten. Steak was cold, cheese didn't even melt. Absolutely nothing like the picture real close to false advertising. All for waiting 20 mins for What???? anyways probably won't be back
Southcenter mall location, both orders completely wrong. The person at the register took over in the middle of the order with eye rolling, refused to listen to what we wanted but instead kept adding things that we didn't want. The person on the grill had to lean in and let us know he would fix it correctly. He was sincere when he apologized but unfortunately still got it wrong. The food was ok even wrong. But the attitude was horrendous from the counter person.
I tried Charley's for the first time tonight... I must say it was pretty good. My order was prepared quickly, plenty of meat and loved the slice of pickle. The only negative criticism I could come up with is maybe it could have used a little more cheese.Overall one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I've ever had. Great place to go.
it’s the second time I order sandwich but the send meat only without the bread. Bad bad bad experience for me with this restaurant. Don’t ever order online from them.
The sandwiches we got were pretty good. Did not get a 5 star review as I think the prices were a little more for what you actually got. The classic I had, advertised double meat but seemed like It was not a very full sandwich. And my wife ordered #7 and it did not advertise having certain items. So it was just a shock opening the container to see extra items on the sandwich. Was good to try don't get me wrong. But probably won't go here again.
Yuck. Poor customer service Jackie (the employee). I'll make sure my first visit is my last visit. Spend your money elsewhere for quality customer service.
Good cheesesteak sandwich filled me up before the movie. Plenty of meat fresh hot and delicious. Fast service and hot.
