The worst BK I have ever been to. So disorganized. And the drive thru people barely understood English. It was very difficult to order. And I was ordering for my team. The order was large. And they missed a quarter of it. But, fixed it at the window. The order became accurate. But the food was bad. The fries tasted old. And the buns were hard.
No matter what the website or the door says the lobby is NEVER open. If your truck doesn’t fit in the drive through then find another place.
The staff at this location is amazing. I come here semi often and they got to the point where they call me out by name and treat me more of a friend and just a customer. That makes a big difference. They take the time to know people and smile when taking your order. Good customer service goes a long way. Food is always consistent. Definitely recommend downloading the app for good deals.
I love tater tots and Burger King is the only one that serves tots for breakfast thats quick. Their sausage burrito, sausage croissant sandwich and french toast sticks are my usuals coz they make it delicious and fresh. Of course, can't forget their fire-grilled Whooper! Pair it with some onion rings. It's a better combination for me instead of the fries. Friendly staff too.
This is such friendly store with very nice workers ? every time I come here the service is outstanding and they are all always working so hard!!! Best staff and definitely the best Burger King around ? ?
I was under the impression the new double whopper junior meal deal that includes a double whopper junior, 4 nuggets, small drink, and fry was only $5, as advertised via commercials and online. However, when I went through the drive-thru at the Tukwila, WA location, the meal was listed as $6. I was shocked but not in the mood to debate about it, because I was on a work-related time crunch. But I was slightly miffed about it. And decided to bring it up on here. Maybe I'll get a response.
Drive-thru won't accept tall vehicles over 8'. So high roof work vans that require 9' will have to call in orders and pick-up at the door. However this is an extremely hit or miss process due to labor shortages and constantly changing covid restrictions. That being, the burgers here are constantly on par. Always juicy "for a fast food burger" and prepared just right. Quick and personable staff. Looking forward to open dining rooms again so i can eat there more often.
Decent Burger King. The entrance is closer to the Dollar Tree, which is kind of tricky. We ordered at the Drive-thru, which was spacious enough and in clean condition. The food presentation was great, compared to other restaurants that have grease all over the items, and it was also tasty. I docked a point because they need to work on customer service. The girl that gave us our food was extremely rude, didn't give us napkins and was trying to get rid of us as quickly as possible, even though it was not busy (there were only 2 cars in-line including us) and it was in the early afternoon.
This was a great experience. The service was 5 star as well as the food. I will be coming back soon!
Cheap and quality food, but you can't call it fast. Work in the area so we get cheap lunch here on the regular. Always check your bags and get your receipt. Most recent order was so jacked that it's prompting this two star review. Staff is pleasant, but not efficient. Dropped our order and had us wait in the side lot for about ten minutes. Accidents happen, that's fine. They didn't double check the order though and left items out so we had to get back in line and let them know, and thankfully we had a receipt. Got the missing items, got home... My 8pc jalapeño bites was 8 pieces of mozzarella sticks. I don't think their mozz sticks even come in an 8pc option. If they work on their efficiency and accuracy, I'll make it a point to upgrade and edit this review.
