Also got served old preheated food but my experience was 3 times in a row... Called to complain and was told no one else is complaining and to go post a comment... My family spins between $50-$80 a week religiously at this restaurant. Because of lack of resolve and continuous bad product and let me be clear it's not all of their dishes it's just one this particular dishes and it's spicy chicken and cashew chicken. Super Duper DISAPPOINTED. Now looking for NEW Pan American teriyaki restaurant to spend my hard-earned cash they will not get another cent. This is one of the best teriyaki places in Tacoma I think and I'm a really picky eater.
Small Chinese food restaurant!! The food was hot and delicious!! The grilled teriyaki with fried rice and the Mongolian beef were fantastic. Spring rolls and egg rolls were delicious as well.
