My husband and I just left there expecting to have good food. We have been here in the past before and never had complaints. But this time... the food was not good. When our waitress gave the soup it was cold and tasted old, i ordered terriyaki chicken and it was the worst sauce. The flavor was not good the sauce was thick like bbq sauce but tasted like pork and beans. The only good thing I ate was their kimchi, salad and gyoza. I will not be coming back anytime soon.
The food was terrible. It took a long time and was expensive. The lady at the counter was out of it also. Don't waste your money
I ordered the Yakisoba and the noodles were soggy. The chicken looked like something out of a horror movie. I paid extra for fried rice and received less than 1/2 cup of rice. It is disgusting.
Very consistent quality. Been here a number of times. If getting home a bit late they were open till 9:30, other similar places close 8:30/9. Sung was very nice. Busy place at usual times.
Went in for lunch with on Sunday. Was greeted and seated immediately.Looks like owner operated.Appreciated the recommendation of meals given to us.Food was delivered to the table fast and all 3 meals was delicious except the Ramen tasted like made from instant noodles. We will surely go there again
I went in with my family last night. First we walked in and the lady didn't really greet us she looked at us and asked " to go?" Mind you it 840 and they close at 930, so we said no we wanted to dine in.The food was okay, nothing special, we had combo fried rice and spicy ramen with shrimp. So time to check out comes around and she brings our check to the table which had 3 items on it but it doesn't specify what everything is but we keep looking down like hold on we only ordered 2 items .. we asked about it andSo she takes the check, apologizes for trying to charge a whole extra plate! And as we are trying to check out their card machine kept declining both my partner's debit card and my tap pay on my phone. We told her we just came from shopping and doing other things were we used our cards which is why we were sure it was her machine. The lady got extremely rude when we asked how can we figure out this situation since we are not from the area and drove 1 hr there. She suggested we could leave one of our phones there ??♀️ you're telling me youwant me to leave my 1200 dollar phone for a $30 dollar meal.?! Fortunately she tried again and our debit card went thru. To say the least we will never be back here. The okay food was not worth the embarrassment.
Stop by here for dinner because it was convenient. We were very pleasantly surprised! We had the basics, chicken and pork teriyaki and my wife had chicken yakisoba. I though the prices might be a little high, but my wife and I needed to-go containers and had the left overs for lunch the following day! That made it a good value. Aside from that, both dishes were better than most we've had at other restaurants. Service was quick, staff was friendly and there was a very steady stream of to-go happening, which along with the almost to capacity dining room, tells you there's something good going on there. Recommended!
I love this Teriyaki place! I have been here many times and have ordered from here many times! Friendly and great customer service ? Their food is also VERY good! I love everything on their menu! ?
Awful customer service. Called in order at 11:26 and was told about 10 min. Didn't get my food until 11:50. Second time I've had issues here. Last time was wrong order. We will not be ordering here anymore on lunches
We ordered take away. I had Garlic Chicken and Vegetables (no spice), and Stephen had Chicken Pad Thai (2-star). Mine was okay the chicken was fried and that made it a little dry. Stephen's had little chicken and was more sweet than spicy. I will give them another chance, but not my favorite Asian food in Tacoma. See my reviews for Happy Teriyaki #7, Viet Kitchen and Vien Dong.
