The only reason I gave this place 2 stars was because the wings were good even as cold as they were when we got em! First the music was so loud you had to yell to hear anything. And it goes down hill from there. They took our name so we thought someone would call out to let us know it was done we were sitting inside a few feet from the counter, then no napkins you had to pull it off a roll of bathroom paper towels just sitting on the counter. Not really Covid friendly. But after waiting a good 35min. For the food and still had go ask for it, which clearly had been there a while because it was cold and not correct we paid for boneless but got bone in wings but we're not too picky and hungry and didn't want to wait again so we ate them and thank God they were good! Flavor was great even cold. Too bad the service was so bad and the floor was so greasy you could fall down if you weren't carefull And music was so loud nobody would even know about it because nobody looked beyond the cash register in front of them!
Only food chain in the area that literally will have you waiting more than 45 minutes for an order whether online order or over the phone, cause they don’t allow walk ins anymore. You’re better off going to Buffalo Wild Wings because you’ll be served quicker than here and that’s Facts.
worker was rude and food was disgusting. my first time ever trying wingstop and it was a horrible experience. the cashier said she needed my number and name to call me when it was ready so i gave it and she didnt even call i sat in my car for 30 mins and went inside it was just sitting there while she was talking. food was cold and dry, looked like they made it hours ago and i got left overs. never going to any other wingstop after this experience.
Was not a fan. Not only did we wait a long time... come to find out our food was on the rack ready and no one called out our names. the wings were not even that good. Wont be returning
Bought some voodoo fries and they were ridiculously over seasoned. We couldn’t even eat them. We called the store to see if we could get on a meal list for next time or a refund, and the manager said we had to bring the food back for any rectification. We informed them that we are 20 mins away and were unable to bring the food back, she said okay well there’s nothing I can do. We asked if we could bring it back tomorrow, and she said no. She said she can pass the information to the regional manager but honestly they won’t do anything if we won’t bring the food back. We asked when we can expect a call, she said she doesn’t know and can’t tell us. We ordered other items and are only complaining about one. If we were trying to “get over”, which was the tone I got from her, don’t you think we would of complained about a lot more?!
This is the second time over ordered at this location and arrived 45 minutes after my order was placed online - and my order still isn’t ready. The app says my order was completed but when I showed up staff said it would be 10 minutes. After going to get a car was and wasting 15 minutes I can back yo be told it will be yet another 10 minutes: it’s now been 1 hour and my small order of 30 wings still isn’t ready. Staff is unapologetic and rude. No responsibility for telling me it would be 10 minutes and to come back later just to be told it will be another 10 minutes. The app says my order was completed 15 minutes ago now. Store is dirty, lobby is still closed for no reason.
This is the first time ive tried Wingstop. I ordered 15 wings...but only received 10?. The ones i did receive were not good. Some over cooked or perhaps just dry, a few may not have been cooked enough?. Flavor, not so good either. 15-20min later, i was running to the bathroom??. Maybe they were too busy to prepare orders/food properly, but needless to say, i won't be ordering from them again.?☹️

Yeah, this place is trash. Routinely closes early (but DOES NOT update their hours on Google or anywhere else), very dirty, if you order online expect to wait at least 45 minutes PAST your scheduled pickup time.Seriously drive to a different location because Tacoma can't get it together. Your food will be better and you might not have to wait an hour beyond when they tell you it'll be ready.
Unfriendly staff. Gal at the front counter had no enthusiasm for life. You could tell it was a chore for her to even talk. 40 minute wait despite not a single customer in the store. Also, they had there sign off despite being open. Clearly not wanting to work
