The customer service of the female manager in the blue shirt really needs work. I ordered 3 items at the drive thru today. One of them was chili. Once I got to the second window to get my food I was told they didn't have any spoons. I simply said I think it would be a good idea to mention that when someone orders chili. She said we all make mistakes as she was closing the window and walked away. She really has no business in customer service if this is her attitude. A simple sorry about that would've been fine.
They may be super clean inside ...but have the absolute worst customer service and it's sloth speed for getting for food. Thought I'd try and pick up from them while doing UberEats and it was a freaking joke. 30 mins after waiting and it took 4 people asking me what I was waiting for to actually have them do the order. Won't be going here as a customer or a pick up again. I'd give 0 if I could!
Shortstaffed and would not even try to be corteous to make things right for all their customers waiting almost a full hour in the drive thru on 4/24/2022. Things happen but when the staff is rude on top of you waiting too long for food unacceptable. Who is managing this location? I only see younger teenagers basically no adults to help fix the issue
Last month we ordered 2 chicken apple pecan salads through drive through. When we get home and open them, no pecans. Figured it was just a mistake. Today about a month later. Same order, exact same issue. If you are not going to put pecans on it then rename it. Never going back!!
Waited 6 minutes to have my order taken. Waited another 13 minutes to get my cheeseburger and drink, according to my receipt. The poor staff were totally overwhelmed, they had the person up front bagging front orders and taking money. They didn’t stand a chance with all the doordash orders. The cheeseburger was good though.
Havent had Wendy's in a hot min, was in the area me and the girl got 2 biggy bags and they forgot my nuggets. Was sad days, they were busy so I'm not mad. Just saying was looking foward to them nuggets lol
As a customer am frustrated with having to wait in the drive through behind 30 other cars and taking upwards of 45 mins to get my order, as a delivery driver it is just a waste of time and costs drivers money, accept an order for $5 and wait in line for 40 mins and going into the store is not an option cause they doors are locked, literally every other fast food restaurants at minimum allow delivery drivers into lobby but not here, everyone has to go through drive through, i understand this store is struggling from being understaffed, but if you are that understaffed they why add to the load and accept delivery orders as well. I feel sorry for the staff, 4 people forced to do the job of 10 people with no extra compensation. No wonder they are short staffed, who wants to work under those conditions.
That's how filled up my large chilly was I ordered 2 and the other isn't much better. What's the point in ordering a large if it comes half filled.
You can’t beat the value of the 4 for $4! Or the $5 biggie bag… a burger, nuggets, fries and a drink for $4 makes it affordable for my fam. Their salads are fresh and I’ve recently given their chili a try…not bad!
Waited to get to the menu box. Waited several minutes at the box. Finally ordered. Simple order; 4 items, quick and easy choices, nothing custom, no complex assembly. More than thirty minutes in the drive thru after I ordered. Crew member was terse, bordering on rude. I said nothing about the delay; since they already know their numbers. I went right to a parking spot. (I was quite hungry. ) Food was room temp already. I found the receipt and filled in the survey. I was offered free food, but didn't accept since I'd have to waste another hour to get it. Not worth my time. I'd rather go to another nearby place instead. Time is money. At my pay-rate, I'd lose more than the free food's value. Going to the deli in the nearby supermarket would be a better value. I won't be going back for a few months. Maybe by then they'll have a better team.
