I leave one star because I consistently experience bad service at this location. Love Wendy's but this particular location gives the franchise a bad name.Long waits in the drive through or on foot, literally every time.Order more than one menu item - better not pull away from the window until you check to make sure it's right.The joke when we consider getting food here is we better not be in a hurry.Tonight we rolled up as a last resort and they told us they didn't have fries!I'm convinced this location is an example of mismanagement - under staffed and under supplied.

My service was great. It was a busy night when I went so it did take a bit to get my order in drive thru. The only reason why I rated it a 4 is because they didn't have any salads, which is what I initially came for, but other than that, the staff was great and Geoffry made some good sauce recommendations which I am going to start getting from now on.

Employees were very nice and helpful and the food was fine but the store on the inside is absolutely disgusting and dirty not to mention the bathrooms.Spills everywhere, looks like it is not being cleaned regularly or hourly like it should be. The entire drink station is sticky , half the straws were wet , food and garbage everywhere. Not a clean place at all . I live in Vancouver was visiting and came up for the weekend and stopped for food on way out . I have worked in the fast food biz for a little and am a neat freak sorry . Not impressed

Really slow service . Came in today was the only costume in the lobby for a few minutes and waiting like 40 mins for my whole order. The lady startted serving the fries in the tray and left them there for over 10 minutes then was gonna give us that same fries that were left in the tray sitting. There's employees literally laying back on counters and manager it's not saying anything about it lady upfront was supper slow and they ended up closing the doors at 3:30 just because they couldn't handle 3 people in the lobby. I think the manager needs to put his food down . There's doordasher waiting 30+ minutes just for 10 PCs nuggets

04/09/2022 @ 245pm. Just asking: for almost $28 in the drive thru, is it asking toooo much to get our order right (for once)? Every time we order a double daves , we ask for no cheese and every time, we get cheese. SMDFH!

Was in drive through line for 5 minutes without the line moving so I pulled out, parked, and went in. Lobby had line of 3 people waiting to order as well. Five more minutes and the ONLY thing that happened was ONE person got a foor order fulfilled at the counter. No drive through orders taken, no counter orders taken. 2022-03-29 @ 2:45 PM. Got two starts solely because at the very least the counter person was pleasant to the ONE person getting served.

Unfortunately, this Wendy's was slammed with drive up customers and appeared understaffed. Staff were very courteous and made every attempt to assist walk in diners. Service was slow but I got my order. I think the chili, normally a signature order, left a bit to be desired. Hope more folks decide to get back to work.

The girl with BRIGHT red or pink hair has a major attitude and shouldn’t be working in the drive through window. She needs to be washing dishes, away from the public. SHE forgot some of my order and when asked, she got all snappy and grouchy about it. I paid for my stuff, sorry I asked for the items I paid for

Customer service is awful at this location. We came in Monday night at8 over an hour before they closed and two girls working were smoking outside. They saw us, went back inside and we still heard nothing in the drive thru. We drove up to the window and saw five girls were just standing around talking so We figured their intercom just wasn’t working. One of them made eye contact with me and then just walked away from the window. The rest continued to stand around and talk for 5 minutes as we sat outside the closer window, all of them seeing us and just ignoring us. We wouldn’t mind quickly going to another location if they just told us they were closed... but instead not a single person inside wanted to take second and be courteous or work. After being ignored for another couple minutes and given no words from the workers we just drove off.

Gaaah the line was long.....I get it during dinner/ rush hour..... I didn't see the need for the lady with the accent to make an announcement that the guy in front of us with a $55. order (we saw his order....no big deal) to be the blame for the back up. It was slow well before he got up to the speaker. Lol! Good customer service is long gone.... Blame the customer! SMH.
