Dining room is always closed when I have been there so you have to use the drive through. Every time I have gone here in the last 4 months they have missed part of my order. Every time. Since the dining room is closed, I would have to go back through the drive through to get it corrected, which would mean another 15 minutes of waiting. No thanks -I'll drive across the street and endure Burger King or drive across town to a different Wendy's before I waste another 15 minutes in this Wendy's drive through.
Used the drive thru and it wasn't a very long line. They had a sign at the speaker that said card or exact change only. I didn't have exact change and my card was empty. I was a dollar 15 short for exact change. I told the person at the window they could keep what is left because I didn't exact change. She came back with change for me! So nice! The fries were not full (see pic - hadn't touched them yet) and the chicken club was really messy, but tasted great. The $5 Box was well worth it! Choice of one of 3 sandwiches, fries, nuggets and drink. The inside of the restaurant is pretty nice for a chain burger joint. Outdoor seating is available, too.????????
Let me go out to get a handful of times nowadays and it's always nice when they hit experience is pleasant and they do not forget any of your food items I know that fast food is hard work and I appreciate anybody and everybody that does this type of work I've been there done that keep up the good work clean store clean facility awesome job.
Wendy's is the BEST THING in town. The breakfast is way way better than the others. If you want good hot food you have to go to Wendy's especially the one on 72nd st in Tacoma. I would give them a million stars ⭐ if I could.
I hate to get fast food most of the time because it's fair to assume what I get will not make me happy. Many reasons. Wendy's has never let me down. East-72nd st & Portland ave by transit cntr, UEI COLLEGE.THAT Wendy's is awesome. The bacon taste the same as home fried from an aunt or if grandma made it. And the bread always soft and fresh. The cheap menu is just as good as the pricier food. Smaller. Customer service, on point, polite and fast. They do good every time we stop by before school. Hope they keep that way forever. For ol' Dave's sake and memory.
It would have been great, I'm sure, but not having soft drinks available in conjunction with doing nothing to adjust the prices of your combos made that an unattractive choice in value per dollar, so we didn't actually get to eat here. Maybe corporate can create a policy that allows you to release a coupon code your employees can use at the register to discount combos when the supply chain has limited drink availability.
We ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches with fries and soda and chicken nuggets I requested to be fresh made they said yes no problem when we got our food the spicy chicken sandwiches were so hard the chicken Patti was over cooked so I went back to the place and I told them that the chicken was over cooked and they said we going to gave New hamburgers I ask again please fresh made they said no problem but you will have to wait I said no problem I move my car to the side to wait for my order I wasn't even finish to parking and the lady said here this are yours I ask again are they fresh made? She said yes I went back home and and they were extra cooked So I call Wendy's and I requested to speak with a manager and the girl who answered said I'm the manager so I ask her name and she said I can't gave you my name and left the phone So I keep saying hello and there was a different women she said I'm the manager I splain everything and She said came back We going to remake them.. and She said but we need the hamburgers back, I was so disappointed and I said well I want my money back she said if you want your money you need to came back and wait on line or came back tomorrow but you need to bring all the food with you so I went back I show the hamburgers to the manager Olivia an Asian girl she didn't even pay attention and she kept saying mmmmmm ok I just going to gave you refund for the hamburgers because that's All you bring!!! If you want the rest of the refund come back tomorrow morning to see the manager to gave you the rest of the money...This people are very rude they don't deserve to have a job it seems that it's a joke what they're doing Never coming back to this Wendy's
Probably one of the best Wendy's I've been to. Always quick and the orders are always perfect. Exactly what I want out of fast food haha.

This location and food chain rocks! I haven't had a burger and fries in 3 months! I presented a coupon and for the price it was very well worth it! Served hot and I enjoyed the whole dine in by the warmth of the fireplace and watched some news! The drive thru was long and as I was finishing up people started to come in and order. Over heard a few saying that the drive thru was to long and need to come in when they saw me. Wendys on 72nd keep up the good work you guys are far better than McDonalds!
