Worst customer service I ever experienced will never go back. Too bad I couldn't rate negative stars
Dinner was very good. Want to go back and try breakfast and lunch. A little different than your normal resturant. You order like your at a fast food place, pay for your meal, then go sit at a table and they bring your food out when it's ready. Waitress checks on how your doing, need anything. So, you get the resturant experience, just ordering is different.
My wife and I have visited Thunderbird Restaurant several times. We have always been treated very well there.Breakfasts are great and come with large portions.. Pancakes are large and tasty. (I've never been able to completely consumed the pancakes,, as they are plate sized.)lunches are very good my favorite is the club with onion rings on the side( the onion rings are cooked to perfection, IMO best Onion rings in town) the burgers are huge and delicious can't go wrong with those.The restaurant reminds me of the old comfy Diners, the staff are terrific and friendly. highly recommend this if you are in the area.
We’ve been here a few times and every time it’s been great! Karen is has such a great attitude and good server/manager. The food is always good and great portion sizes. The prices are great! Has a great old cafe feel.
It has been awhile since we visited this place, so the changes they made since my last visit were probably influenced by "Pandemia Mandates." Cosmetic changes include translucent panels between booths and Plexiglas curtains at the pay station.This diner provides an old fashioned setting, but I was a bit surprised by the experience of selecting, ordering and paying up front before even being seated. I couldn't help but wonder if this was due to people taking off without paying...The serving staff was nice; the food was of the Cracker Barrel type of quality. Price per plate ordered was a bit disappointing...
I was totally surprised by this place... It is very clean and very well lit... I will be going there again! If you love darts this is the place to go... If you love smoking cigars this is the place to go... If you like to be able to smoke inside of a building where you're having a drink this is the place to go...

Amazing staff, friendly service and the Thunderbird Burger was huge!! Ate only half, not because it wasn’t good because it was truly an experience, just too big for me!!!
