When the price goes up but the quality goes down… Bang a Gong was good. Brown sugar mozz bread just seems overrated when the cheese is twice baked and chewing feels like well done steak. Disappointed to say the least. Would’ve said something if we dined in.

Went for dinner on Monday, 5/2:Seated at 7:10pFinally greeted at 7:20p. Also ordered our beverages and pizza. At 7:35p we hadn't even received water or the cocktails we ordered, so we left.Server was fully incapable of running a 4 table section. Manager was lumbering about trying to help, but looked lost. Zero sense of urgency by anyone. This location apparently needs a lot of help! Really a shame because it USED to be pretty good. I guess no more Crazy Train pizza for me!

From the outside, the place looked like a great option for a slice. Even as we sat down things were goi by pretty well. It wasn’t until the food showed up to the table that things became clear this wasn’t a good option for lunch. One of our pizzas was completely wrong. Rather than a white pizza as ordered, it was instead a pizza covered with 3 types of decidedly non-kosher toppings. Since we were at lunch and pressed for time, I declined the offer to remake the pizza. I had a couple slices of very disappointing margarita pizza my partner received. There was absolutely no chew to the crust. It was thin and crunchy. The sauce lacked any semblance of seasoning. The single dry basil leaf on the slice grease fully slid right off the crust with all of the cheese as a single, congealed mass on the first bite. As we were about to leave - the waitress handed me the white pizza replacement I had declined. It was left behind as I was not able to carry around a pizza for the rest of the afternoon. Two stars because the Cesar salad was pretty good.

Had a great dinner here with our young kids tonight. Ordered the garlic cheese breadsticks appetizer and Classic Rock pizza and it both were excellent. Took my four-year-old over to watch the cooks tossing dough in the air while we waited for the food. Jersey (the GM) was so kind to my son and gave us a wonderful experience. Our server, Ivonne, was attentive and helpful and great with the kids. We had a great time and will be back! Thank you!

Delicious pizza, and they can do half and half of whatever you're interested in at no extra charge. Great beer, with a bigger selection than just what's on the paper menu; just ask your server.Came in after a long day adjusting product our customer ordered, and the combination of pizza and beer absolutely hit the spot! Great way to get to know one of my coworkers better, with a background of great music and an inviting atmosphere. This is a staple of mine whenever I'm on a business trip in the Tacoma area.

Michaella was our server, friendly and checked back on us. We ordered the crazy train pizza minus the bacon and hot cherry peppers. Pizza was really good. They have other entrees besides pizza we would like to go back and try. They have 3 sizes of pizza, we had the 12 inch which was 6 pieces. Since moving to Washington we have had a hard time finding good pizza so today was a pleasant surprise. It is only 4 minutes away from St Joseph Hospital if you want a bite to eat after being at the hospital for the day.

Acacia is the best bartender. She has an amazing personality and her customer service is wonderful. I had such a great experience...I enjoyed my tacos so much

First time here. Family really love the pizza. It was something different than the typical Pizza you get from most places. We opted to get something unique and it was wonderful. Definitely will come back. The service was good they were very friendly. Lively crowd in the place.

Cute pizza parlor, with good tasting 'za and drinks. They were out of the smoothie they advertised on the kids menu and upon arrival it looked like employees hanging around the entrance smoking. We dined after the lunch rush on Presidents Day and we saw a few parties celebrating birthdays, and lots of big groups seated together, coming and going with no issues, so they seem to have it together. Food/service on point, but it's always gross to see and smell cooks/staff puffing away right as you walk into an establishment you are going to eat at! At many restaurants this usually takes place in the alley or somewhere out of customer sight!

Had an awful experience tonight. We ordered to go and sat in the bar to have a drink while the food was being made. The waitress started off great. After about 30 minutes we check in on our order and she says it'll be about 15 more minutes. Mean while we see a stack of boxes that have been there for about 10 minutes. We ordered another drink and asked for our tab. She brought our drinks and told us to hurry and down them because she just checked on our pizza and it was about to come out. Another 20 minutes go by, we ask about our order again and she says "oh, it just got done" then proceeds to go pick up the boxes that had been there for AN HOUR. We just leave because we're annoyed. We had been taking bets that our food was just sitting there . Get home. 2 of the 3 things we ordered were wrong. and its cold and gross. We are equal distance from Tacoma and Puyallup. We go to Tacoma because there's more around and sometimes we like to go out. Not anymore. We'll only go to Puyallup.
