I had 1 other questionable experience with this place in the past. So because of the customer service then i decided to give them another try.....I'm extremely sorry I did. i ordered my breakfast via delivery and when i got my food it was poorly packaged and tasted HORRIBLE!!! They clearly microwaved my food and melted the container inside and sent it that way as my pictures show?!! I am angry i spent my money on this and ended up throwing it away after a few bites :/ I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN Run from this place.
Ordered over $97 worth of food from The Original Pancake House. The 2 things of orange juice I ordered did not come and the chicken fried stake was completely RAW! Due to all the gravy on the dish my fiance did not see it was raw till he had eaten nearly half of it. I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager. She told me she could only offer me a gift card for the amount of the one meal. They give us raw meat, risked our health and the only thing they could say was to offer me a gift card for the amount of the one dish? I don't feel comfortable even finishing the rest of the food we ordered.
We were lost around the neighborhood and we ended coming here. I had the waffle topped with fresh and sweet strawberries, with fluppy scrambled eggs and a very-yummy-crispy beautiful bacon! It's one of the best bacon I had❤️ My husband get a wonderful corned beed has which he also enjoyed! Service was fast. All their staff are friendly.

Waiters were really kind, and patient for the rest of our guests to arrive. As always the apple waffles are large, delicious, and crispy and the apple syrup is the best part. Country fried steak was delicious crispy, and the gravy was nice and thick and not runny. It was fire, especially if you put tatoes on it.
My dad and I ordered the basic pancakes just to get a feel of the place and we were not disappointed! They come with eggs which were cooked just how I asked, and the pancakes were excellent. The server was knowledgeable and helped by giving us insight to some of the tasty items on the menu. Will definitely be going back to sample some of her suggestions!
Service was amazing. We had a party of 4 hungry guys and they kept our waters and coffee filled. The food was excellent and was served quickly. A wide variety of menu items including the best pancakes in town and the largest strips of bacon you've seen. Definitely will visit again!
This place has surprisingly good food. The pancakes are probably some of the best I’ve ever had, and they serve them with real maple syrup. The service is great also. I think the price is fair compared to similar places in the area.
While visiting Tacoma, we had food from this place delivered to us. Everything was freshly made (I know the eggs were bc my husband had a shell in his eggs LOL), & delicious. The restaurant is about 30 mins away but the food was not cold when it arrived. The bacon was very good & thick cut. The eggs were great. I got dollar pancakes for the kids, Hawaiian pancakes for my husband & pumpkin pancakes for me. The food was very goodjust from delivery, I can only imagine how good it will be if we ate it hot & fresh at the restaurant.I'm from Texas so the price was a little high for me but I know that I can't compare the prices from one State to another.Overall we were highly satisfied with our breakfast.
Very generous with the portion of food. Well worth every dollar! You will leave full and happy. The best pancakes I have ever had. They had fresh pineapples in them with a special orange juice infused syrup and large cuts of bacon. The waiter was very friendly and stayed on it the whole meal
