Excellent food, service and atmosphere. I miss the old location but this is nice too. Menu seems to have been revamped a little but more of an improvement in my opinion. The mizithra cheese spaghetti is now served with garlic, bacon and mushrooms (I don't recall that from before). It is wonderful! They still serve salad, bread and ice cream at the end. No added charges! (Some places want $5.99 for a side salad now.) This place never disappoints.

The food was good no complaints but, when they gave us the table we were waiting for 14 minutes "already seated at the table" without anyone attending us or any waiter helping us I think it's a long time, I think they forgot about us, later After the waiter arrived we asked for the appetizers and our dishes at the same time so that the service would be faster but,,,, mmm no, they need to improve the costumer service, when we finished our appetizers the empty plates were on our table for almost 15 minutes, after they brought us the dishes they forgot one of our dish and they asked us if they lost an order and I told them that the ravioli were missing and they apologized and went to the kitchen and brought them quickly, I don't know if we were unlucky but they have to be more careful and attentive to the tables.

First time going since the pandemic started. (got takeout one other time.) Great service and great food as always. They've started putting more pesto salad dressing on their salads! ? I have always felt they didn't use enough. Bread seemed a little different and not quite as good (maybe less sour?) but still yummy. If you have never ordered spaghetti Vesuvius, please order it. It is mine and my husband's favorite.

Food here is pretty decent. I don't love this place but my wife sure does. I really just think everything is overpriced. Overall not too bad, decent drink selection, decent food.

We decided to finally visit and were pleasantly surprised there was no wait on a Saturday afternoon. We got to sit in the train car and the service was amazing. Kenzie took care of us from start to finish and made sure our drinks were filled and bread was never gone. Our food was spectacular and the dessert even better - so good that I forgot to take pictures. The atmosphere was truly relaxing and we never felt rushed. This restaurant was clean and the restrooms were very nice, big, and clean. We highly recommend this establishment to locals and visitors alike - they have something for everyone. Thank you for this fantastic and memorable experience.

Food is always great! Tonight, our server was Amaru, and he was amazing!! Speedy, responsive, energetic, friendly, interactive, witty and fun. Highly recommend!

We decided to go to an early dinner on a Saturday and we sat in the bar area. It was very nice and not as noisy as main part of restaurant. We had one of the nicest waiter I've ever had there. He was just so friendly and so nice, made the whole evening enjoyable. I don't remember his name but it was an unusual one...he is a great asset to the Tacoma OSF.

Was looking so forward to a greT Italian dinner The sauce was mediocre at best. Meatballs were greT. The sausage solo. I ordered the meat lovers spaghetti at $20.25 they bring out bread but we could not slice it it was so hard... The ambience was amazing loved the trolley car in middle of dining room. Very clean. Our server however was slow. Name Amaru. He would get side tracked and forget what we asked for. It was not very busy at all. Probably would not return as other restaurants faired much better.

Spegetti factory is never dissapointing. The food was delious the server was great and funny. If u get Gibbs as a waiter he was wonderful and a pleasure to have him as a waiter. The portions here are always amazing.

The food was delicious. However the service was awful. Our waitress was the worst. I had to mention the free bread to her. She never brought us the free bread. We had to ask the nice lady that brought our food out to finally get us bread. Our drinks were empty for a very long time. We never saw her to ask for refills or to be checked on. We finally saw her after we were done eating and so thirsty. It took over 10 minutes to get our drinks refilled. We only got our free ice cream because I asked for it. We got there just after 4pm so way before the big dinner rush. They were out of the Italian soda cups. However we were charged full price even though they did not have the keepsake glass cups.I went back a week later to buy a tub of ice cream. The two people up front were on their cell phones. Could not put their cell phones down while a paying customer is standing right infront of them. They could not even make eye contact. They must all be friends with the manager. For how everyone working at this location acts. Completely unprofessional.
