The initial contact was great, we were provided a quote for 50 people and we were told multiple meats and sides would be provided for our unit (Army) function. The day of the event not enough food was provided and they tried to say we never provided a head count even though they gave us a quote saying we were going to have 50 people there. The plates were over priced for the amount of food that was provided and the food was cold. There was not enough food for the number of guest there so families were not fed. The driver got a call and was informed that their other event had more revenue coming in so the truck left prior to feeding everyone instead of getting additional food.Bad experience and will not use them for future group events or even eat at this truck on base.
I usually do not eat at food trucks but Terry is a polarizing business man. "Try it before you buy it," he said with a sparkle in his eye. "I'd like to try the beef ribs," I said. "Sold out of beef ribs," said Terry. "I had a brisket that you would have loved. Sold out of that too." "Brisket!" I lamented. "I love me some brisket," I said as my stomach growled. The truck was sold out of everything except pulled pork sandwiches. I am not mentioning this to complain. I arrived at 2:30. The truck closes at 3pm. Terry was sold out of nearly everything because his food is delicious AND he is a brilliant businessman. "Do you have any soda?" my daughter asked. Terry pointed to a cooler. "Look in there. Do you see any soda?" My daughter shook her head, "No. There is only water." "My wife probably snuck in here and took all the soda," Terry said. "She don't like me drinking soda," he said, rubbing his round belly. Terry is a character. He is the kind of man you want to meet and need to know. The pulled pork sandwich.... was the BEST pulled-pork sandwich I've ever had. 5 STARS! I highly recommend this food truck. #HOWTOMAKETENMILLIONDOLLARSWITHARUBBERCHICKEN

My friends and I absolutely LOVE this place!!!! We usually come to Karaoke night and know we will have the best time, guaranteed!!! Also, their pudding is to die for!!!! Can't wait til our next night out!! Thanks, Mr. Terry, for running such a great establishment, we always feel like VIP customers!!
