We dined in for lunch, told there was a limited menu. (Normal for a lot of restaurants right now) We ordered bistro shrimp pasta, mini corn dogs, fried zucchini, and steak Diane. My favorite lemon torte is no longer available so only a four star.

This review is from when I came here April 7th.We made a reservation after reading all the horrible reviews about wait time. We still ended up waiting 15 minutes. A little frustrating, but no big deal. Things happen. The menu is huge and a little overwhelming at times. Part of me feels like getting the Thai, Indian, and Chinese dishes offered here would be a bad idea. If anything, I’d go to an authentic restaurant or support a smaller business if I wanted any of those dishes. The prices are a bit much for what you get in my opinion. If the food and proportions were better then I’d say it’s worth the money. The atmosphere is nice. It’s busy, a little loud, and dimly lit. One thing I’ve always disliked about this place is how dark it is in here. Our server was nice! She was friendly and checked on us to make sure things were going well and that we weren’t waiting too long. And she pointed out some of the popular beverages and cheesecakes and which ones she thought were good as well. Another server, Tammy (I think that was her name), wasn’t even serving us and she was so busy too, but she still stopped by and let me know that my phone was falling out of my pocket. That was so sweet of her to do that when she was already running around. The food… not horrible but not amazing. Our bread came burnt and cold so that was a no go. It was free, so that’s nice…but it’s like gifting a broken toy. You can’t use it, so what’s the point? You can’t eat cold bricks, so what’s the point in giving it? Our drinks, on the other hand, were delicious! I’d pay for the drinks again. I think I preferred the more minty, refreshing beverage than the guava one. Our main dishes…1.) the bacon cheeseburger… “Charbroiled and Covered with Melted Cheddar and American Cheese, Crispy Bacon, Thick-Cut Slow Roasted Smoked Bacon and Secret Sauce”…tasted like any other diner burger but a little more disappointing since the cheese wasn’t melted and slightly cold and clumpy in the middle, the patty itself was small so most of what I ate was bread, the consistency of the slices of bacon was weird (the two chunks of bacon on the plate were on my burger and it was just squishy and disgusting), and there was no secret sauce on my burger. It was straight ketchup. And I hate ketchup.2.) French dip cheeseburger… “Charbroiled Cheeseburger Served on a Toasted Brioche Roll with Grilled Onions, Sriracha Mayo and Au Jus for Dipping”… definitely came with onions, but did not come made with sriracha mayo, so it wasn’t very flavorful and overall disappointing. The Au Jus also had this blue plastic, hard thing in the bowl and it was pretty stuck in there too. I wish we had noticed it earlier. Stuff like that is gross.3.) Cheesecakes!! We got the peanut butter one and the Cinnabon one. Delicious. Worth the money. Would come again and will be coming just for the cheesecakes. Everything else…pass.Pros:•nice, attentive staff•cheesecake is delicious and worth the moneyCons:•food…which is the main reason of coming here•prices of main food… because the food wasn’t worth it•cleanliness is questionable

Cool spot. Our server was great! Though they didn't have any factory meatloaf nor did they have the skinny cosmopolitan. So I got the regular sized drink.Anyway, the cobb salad was awesome and hubby's shepherd's pie looked tasty.

I had the lasagna and it was absolutely delicious. When I ordered it, I was advised that it did not have any meat and that it really is a vegetarian meal with mushroom topping. Our waiter said a lot of people think it actually has meat but it does not.Our waiter was so right on. It really did taste like a meat topping but without the grease.Needless to say I highly recommend it.

First they told us they where out of mushrooms, then they told us they where having trouble making a turkey burger so my mom had to order something else. When we got our check they charged us for the turkey burger we didn't get. The waitress got the manager to fix it. He came over made a lame comment "what you don't want to pay for food you didn't get?" he didn't even make eye contact or apologize. They where also slow even though it wasn't crowded, my food was cold and bland. Never again will I go there.

We just had a great late lunch experience here. Our server AJ was outstanding! She was very friendly, stayed on top of everything and anticipated our needs well. We ordered a combination of things from the happy hour menu and the regular appetizer menu. Everything was cooked well, very yummy and portions were plentiful even for the happy hour items.

I used to love Cheesecake Factory it was always the place to go but it’s definitely gone down hill. We checked in at 7:40, put on the list and was told it was a 20min wait. Typically I get confirmation text showing I’m checked in. After a little over 10min I walked up and asked if I was supposed to receive a text because I hadn’t, she asked what my name was and said she could seat us now. We sat down 7:55pm. After walking through the restaurant we noticed that it definitely wasn’t a busy night. Many tables were open so I didn’t understand the wait. I know they do social distancing between tables since the pandemic but this was not that. Holly was our waitress. She seemed nice. My husband was wanting the steak Diane but Holly told him there was no salmon to go with the steak, so he went with the jambalaya instead, I tried to order baked rigatoni but she said they were out so then decided a few minutes later I asked for the cheese stuffed burger and it was also out! She then offered the classic burger and I felt I had to settle. Our appetizer came around 8:20pm along with our drinks all was good until we waited and waited for our meal. It didn’t come until after 9pm we were done with our appetizer for a good 30mins. My meal came and the salad was soggy and warm. Overall this experience was very disappointing for $140+ meal for 3.

I’m sad about this, but I always have to make sure my reviews are fair and paint an accurate picture for people who have never been to the these places.I used to love Cheesecake Factory. I’m all about Linda’s Fudge Cake. The staff was always so courteous, so helpful. However, things have changed.I called to order pickup. Was left on hold for 20+ minutes. Figured I would just order on my phone to save them the effort.I ordered 1 piece of fudge cake for pick up. They messaged me saying my order was ready within 10 minutes (awesome), so I went in.Walked straight in to a hot mess of people crowded around the front door area, awaiting tables. Some had masks, some didn’t. No one was enforcing the use of masks on people who had yet to be seated. Okay, to each their own.Staff was running everywhere. Can definitely say they were not at all short staffed. No one greeted anyone. If we wanted service, we had to search for it.After searching for a person to help me figure out where to pick up, since they have no signs to direct people, they asked my name and I was asked to wait. I was good with that. Until the wait became ridiculous. The server finally pops up with my cake, trying to hand it to someone else. Then asks another person. She doesn’t ask the only person standing alone next to the pick up counter? Is all common sense lost?Oh well. I got my fudge cake now. Just such a frustrating process. I feel conflicted as to whether or not I’ll be ordering again.

I don't like complaining ever about a restaurant unless they truly deserve it. This cheesecake factory was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The hostess was very rude about seating me. She asked me several times if I was sure about a high chair or a booster. I know what I asked for. The server was average. I have received far superior service from a denny's. The server did not even bother try to recommend a different entree. Finally the best part of the whole night. I get my food which I expected to be above average, I wasn't not eating dinner at a McDonald's or so i thought. I get my food and the top bun was burnt. Sadly i didn't take a picture. As soon as the food arrived i saw that it was burnt. I was shocked and i didn't want to complain about it but i remembered the rest of the night. I called another employee not my server over and she asked if I didn't want my food. I replied No I would like a new bun instead. She asked again extremely rude with attitude. It took every fiber in my being to not just blow up at this point. I calmly asked her to lose the attitude. I called the manager shortly afterward. I explained to the manager what happened. It appeared to me that he didn't even want to talk to me about the situation and didn't care at all about how my experience was going. I will never return to this awful place

We had a most wonderful waitperson who really added to the enjoyment of the experience. Our Tacquitos starter was great. Very tasty. My Glamburger was huge and very well done. Crispy onion rings, huge hamburger medium rare as ordered, and very good French fries. Very satisfied. My wife’s Mexican salad? Not great. Looked great. Huge. In the end she found four (4) small pieces of chicken swimming around in the named Chicken salad. Not good. Tasty, yes. Chicken, hardly. Lots of letter and tomatoes. Sparse chicken.
