I've been purchasing my wine from TWM since they opened. They have a wonderful selection, are very well informed about all the wine they carry (and even the wine they don't) and the owners are amazing. It's our "go to" for every bottle - from sake to champagne. Can't recommend them enough.
Terrific wine shop, wine bar, and owners! Really good selection of both accessible as well as interesting/smaller European and PNW winemakers. Glad to see them take off in their new space!

Great second space (2112 N 30th St., Tacoma) for the Tacoma Wine Merchants! Reasonable cork fees for great wines you buy off the shelf and drink at the bar. Fun environment, great selection and welcoming space! If you like Italian wines, Rob is your guide! Kelli sparkles with all things champagne! Beer on tap and sake too! The variety is exceptional and food is coming soon. Great staff and parking in the back. Cotton doilies are upscale and real towels for drying your hands.
If you're looking for a great bottle of wine, or looking for an inviting place to meet up with friends to try different wine varieties, then head over to Tacoma Wine Merchants in Old Town (across the street from the Spar). They have a huge library of wines on the shelves, from great local wines to wines across the world. I highly recommend stopping in and trying a couple glasses from their menu! Cheers!

The absolute best place to come for wine from all over the world. Knowledgeable staff and great prices. I don’t shop for wine anywhere else.
Went here one time for a friends birthday and had a really great time. It's a very small but cool little spot to try some great wines. Alot of selections to choose from and the woman who hosted us was a very friendly. Good prices!
