Taco Time is so great! I love that they resource their ingredients locally. I recently heard they now use safe methods to run their restaurants and not contribute to harming the environment more which makes them my go-to Mexican fast food restaurant. I eat almost anything on their menu besides the fish because I don't like fish. I would recommend them to any and everyone. The crispy beef burrito, natural soft taco, mexi platter or the tostada salad are a must!!
Order was wrong. Asked female to repeat my order multiple times. Her voice was so low from trying to sound seductive that I couldn’t understand her. Over charged me for stuff I didn’t order and I didn’t get a straw. Fast food is going down the drain/costumer service.
Taco time is the best.. a little pricey. As it is said. You get what you pay for.. in the last 40 years. Never had a bad meal. You won't either.
We love the deep fried pinto bean burritos. Classic. And thankfully u make them better than I can. Also... love the fact they don't charge for sides of sour cream. At taco bell I spend at least $10 on SC sides when feeding family. Thank you!!
Last week I was having one of the worst days of my life. I stopped by taco time to get something to eat because I was starving and I hadn’t eaten all day. I was short on money in my account but I knew had a coupon for a free entree item. There was a miscommunication with the coupon, I got charged full price, and I became a Karen and had a mini meltdown which resulted in me being in tears. Angie, who could see I needed human decency, just comped my whole meal for me. I was very embarrassed and kept apologizing but she said she understood and everyone has those days. Something small like that honestly helped me get through a very difficult day.Btw, taco time is the best fast food around.
We went in for a quick bite. My wife had chicken burrito with all of the fixings and I had vegetarian burrito with beans. The food was ok. Quite filling.
I ordered a tostada beef salad bowl instead I got a salad. The meat in the burrito as well as the taco salad was cold. I was very disappointed I will try another location
Taco Time is good food for a fast food chain. Just a little pricier than the competitor, but the quality is easy to see and taste. This particular location has good quality food, but the crew (dinner crew) seemed eager to quickly move on to the next customer. They weren't friendly, but they were professional and didn't miss a single beat on the checklist including asking if I needed any accessories. A good, efficient experience. I will be back as long as they continue. (Friendlier interaction and smiles are the only ways to improve my visits. Very minor things, actually, when compared to everything else they did correctly. )
They are on the spendy side but I have never had a bad meal at a taco time. And that's going back 2 decades. Seriously. No matter which location I've stopped at. Food is always done and made perfectly. I have never had a complaint. When I have the money I have no problems paying what they want for their food. Always good. Always quality. Puts all the other fast food places. Including taco bell to shame.
