I wanted to take the time to shout Clista out. When we walked in today, I saw four people working together peacefully like equals and had no idea a manager was on shift until I saw her name on the displayed business cards at the self-service station. I am impressed any time I see managers being a part of their team rather than trying to run it from the sidelines.
They are fast here and friendly. Always a bonus when it's is fast and right.
Just went there, they got my order wrong, I didn’t even notice, but they fixed it for me and tried everything they could to make it right. I don’t normally complain if a place makes a mistake, I just won’t revisit if it’s bad enough, but the way they handled themselves really impressed me. All the staff was very nice too, from answering any questions I had to just being very friendly.
I am treated like a superstar when I frequent the Starbucks off 106th and pacific Ave in parkland, WA! Keep up the good attitudes, and attention to detail when making customers drinks and food !
I was craving a good and creamy hot chocolate and ordered 4 of them. They were hot chocolate with water and didn't taste like what I was expecting since it's Starbucks you would think their quality would be rich 5 bucks a cup of watered hot chocolate..

The crew here is amazing! No matter the day or time! I frequent this store since it is the closest to my employer. They are ALWAYS smiling, greet everyone that comes in, and I am sure that almost ALL of them know me by my first name. As if I am part of the family! Thanks for always making my day better!
Great staff! So great please add card charging tips! I had to give cash to the tip jar. Please add another method to tip. Great branch otherwise!
This Starbucks takes 15-20 min in the drive thru!! AND has gotten my order wrong (nothing special about my order) both times I’ve been there. I love my other Starbucks, this one is awful.
