It really made me sad to discover the lobby restrooms were closed to the public. I checked all the neighboring business, but their restrooms weren't open to the public either. Finally, I had to ask for an exception, being as I was a paying customer and all. They were accommodating after what seemed like lengthy deliberation between the barista and manager. Drinks were fine just be prepared with a backup plan if you find yourself needing the restroom afterwards!
I went in and tried to order something they used to carry on the menu , but no longer do, so they made something the closest for my stroke survivor husband! I appreciated it.
Espresso came out with a little burnt taste. They likely need to clean their machines.

Coffee made like we ordered
Both Emma's are amazing. I can always count on a hot drink. I remember spilling my whole drink in the store, they helped me clean up and replaced my drink with a smile.
The only thing negative I can say is that their lobby is closed for sit-down service that was very disappointing but other than that Starbucks product is phenomenal their service is great I just wanted to sit down and relax and drink a cup of coffee and I wasn't able to do that
Girls were not friendly at all my drink was made pretty good but they could use some customer service skills definitely not one of my favorite Starbucks I will not be returning there are so many to choose from you got to stand out this day and age in order to get returning customers it's very important on how you treat people that could go so many other places to get coffee no wonder it is not ever busy here plus there's no drive-thru.
