Normally this location is spot on, and waiting time is minimal. Maybe it was the amount of orders vs employees on duty ratio.This was almost a 3 star review, but what made it better, was the friendliness of the employee working drive thru window.I'm sure it's not easy dealing with entitlement most the day. Not only the customers but, the employees as well. Especially on weekends. Most of the Starbucks I frequent have crews that aren't usually on top of their game on the weekends. Today, I give props to the drive thru window at Center and Mullen.
Got two drinks. Neither was correct. Had to tell the guy at drive thru the order three times and was still wrong.
Never been to a open drive through in my life and had to knock on the window I bet the employee's smoking perks

Placed a mobile order this morning for quick service and when I arrived the doors were locked and the drive through line was around the block. Had to contact corporate for a refund. I don’t understand why they allow mobile ordering but still try to make people sit in a drive through line. Total time waster...

I went today to buy my drink, everyone in front of me were receiving their reusable cup and they didn't give me anything. very bad from the barista because if they are giving something free it has to be to everyone without exception, I felt very excluded. I will never buy in this starbucks again.
They say there open tell 7 I get there 20 minutes before they close and they look at me park and ran into the back how do you guys even stay in business
The employees are kind, and the service here is lightning fast! This is definitely my favorite starbucks location.
