It gets pretty crowded between 11:40am-1:30pm due to there being mostly students whom hangout and dine here but it's got lovely customer service.
We are serving the Homeless on January 22. I had called in to seek information on getting a coffee order placed and to check on sizes. Let me tell you, Zoe was amazing and patient helping me with all the options!!! You let dogs come in with customers and crap on the floor. Then I step in it as I turn away from the cash register. The customer is never reprimanded nor does the customer give two cents about the pile of dog crap left in front of the counter by his dog. The poor Starbucks employee who had to clean it up, didn’t or couldn’t say anything to the customer. It was disgusting, I did not finish my coffee.
I went in there with an admittedly odd request and they read my mind on what I wanted. I had just gotten my teeth whitened at the dentist and needed a caffeine fix but could not have any coffee, which would stain my newly whitened teeth. I asked for a caffeinated drink that would not stain my teeth and the very bright and wonderful gentleman behind the bar fixed me up with a green coffee refresher thing that was lemony and very very tasty. I was very pleased. He made me smile, and I'm a jaded old married gay guy, so it takes effort to make me smile at anything because I have seen it all, honey.
