Im really disappointed with today’s order. I showed up here early trying to catch the early bus. I would have made it had they continued working on my order, opposed to stopping to make a guy who just walked in, to make his order. I missed the bus. I asked for a refund. Luckily i checked my mobile order receipt, the manager Amy only refund me a portion of it. So i had to walk back and get the rest of my refund. I no longer have time to make coffee at home. Let alone apologies were said. A great way to start my day!

Lovely Starbucks! Spacious, great lightening, perfect lo-fi study grounds. Plus the staff like Esper are so helpful and courteous with your time. I highly recommend this location and team! :)

Love this Starbucks! Baristas are always really kind and they make your drinks quickly! I always come here for lunch and it never disappoints! Definitely one of the best customer service places in Tacoma!
Needs to update its hours online. Is constantly closed even when it says it’s open.
