I buy the exact same frappuccino with added espresso shots every time so I know when my drink has what I ordered in it but at this Starbucks when I asked it my extra special shots get put into the cup they told me they were but I knew as soon as I got it it wasn't so honesty should be something management needs to work on with their employees let alone good customer service skills
This place has really fast service it really suprised me ..they must have an army in there and the coffee is good I like it to say the lest.

Showed up 5 min prior to VERIFIED closing time. They closed early. All the lights and signs were still on. I guess it's a welcome to society where service is less than minimal.
Coffee was OK. Normally Starbucks in bonney lake is amazing, but the one on Pac Ave in tacoma is just not as good.

Out of everything that I wanted to order. No med. Ball's or honey one location was out of the tea's an honey, no grill cheese sandwiches. Over prices for cold brews bitter coffee taste ice full in a small a$$ coffee brew cup. Idk if it's a materials supply thing or the people who are in charge for buying an ordering popular menu items, with that being said let you consumers know that so they don't drive all over to your chains only to find out your store are not stocked due to lack of goods or just don't have the best employees work these days. No a fan that much of Starbuck to begin with, but do like a good medicine ball, grill cheese, pumpkin bread and cranberry bliss. An those are treats every once in a while cuz. Like I said way over priced.
Long line but moved fast. Very friendly and order was correct and hot.
