I absolutely love this location…however, todays drive thru cashier was completely rude. She had an attitude from the moment she took our order (as if our 3 drink and a few baked goods order was such a inconvenience) until we very nicely asked for our straws at the end. When handing us our last drink and upon my husband asking for straws, she proceeded to tell us “unfortunately because of Washington State laws, we can’t give them to you unless asked”. Isn’t that just what we did ma’am? Ask for them? What a disappointment in customer service. Again, I absolutely love this location and NEVER have any problems, but a person with an attitude like hers maybe shouldn’t be working the drive thru.
I ordered a ice Toasted Vanilla oat milk shaken epresso with extra ice and Caramel drizzle it came back nasty! They just gave me straight blonde coffee! My husband ordered a ice black coffee and they made it hot and then added ice in the same cup instead of remaking it! And employees are slow af ! Me and my husband ordered the same drinks everytime ! But this starbucks sucked and didnt make the drink right! Will not be coming back!
Fast friendly service, with a smile, why would you go any where else? My drink was made to order with care. Of the local locations I recommend this one above others.

First off the man working the window today good customer service skills 10/10 but as far as the drinks go I know he didn’t make them but the people making the drinks need to be retrained I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch and it was just terrible I asked for a little extra Carmel not a inch of Carmel basically at the bottom of my drink it was in edible it was flat out gross and the straw berries and cream drink was made wrong over all Starbucks do better train your baristas how to properly make drinks .
Starbucks was what you can expect. Fast, consistent service and quality products. You can also expect fairly high prices, but that doesn't seem to stop most of us.
