I alwayshave a good experience going to this Starbucks but today i had a really arrogant girl with curly brown hair give an attitude i asked for a cheese Danish with Carmel drizzled over it and she had the audacity to try to charge me extra so I didn't buy anything here .I also tip when I get good customer service and I beenGoing to this Starbucks longer than this gal has worked here and usually all the staff is nice here but not today never seen this girl trying to overcharge me she must be new dont think she will last long with her bad attitude ?. You lost out on a tip I went to another Starbucks that gave me way better customer service and

Love this Starbucks! White Mocha all day, they never fail to bring a smile to my face. Everyone is very friendly. Dawn is always so happy and keeps the place clean!
So usually this place is great been coming here for years. Today Was not the same the barista who checked us out Zoella was so rude and rushed the whole time THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND US. I wouldn't recommend putting Zoella on register ever again she was also rude to fellow employees and other customers refused to help when they got slammed with drinks. Will always come back just fair warning ⚠️
This is my favorite Starbucks. I have noticed big changes the last 4 or 5 months. The baristas are pleasant, the coffee great, and overall more businesslike and great customer service!
2nd time in..staff just doesn't care...the gal in the back is screaming about the drive thru wait line.. how they're ahead of ##s .what about the folks that walked in.then my card didn't scan and the girl is holding my drink back like I'm a criminal...you need to SCAN!!! MUST BE A DRIVE THRU ONLY.....NOT!!!
