Limited menu but everything tasted great. A good, classic steakhouse.

Good steak. Ok sides. Pretty low bourbon selection. Will have a hard time completing with El Gaucho juts down the street
I'm a bit of steak snob and always hesitant to order a steak from a place I haven't been too. But I used to frequent the Stanfords in Northgate for many years and never had a bad meal. So, with the new branding as a steakhouse I ordered my favorite appetizer the Poke Nachos, 16oz Ribeye for my main and of course an Old Fashioned. All were exceptional and we will be back soon.
The menu choices were fun and allows you to complement your selection to your inclination that day. The salads were amazingly good, probably better than anywhere we have been in Tacoma or Seattle. My hat is off to Kennedy, our server. She made the experience relaxing and reflected her joy to let you breathe in the aroma of a great restaurant.
