Every girl working there has been awesome in the last few months of visiting here. Coffee is good too. With training, I have to mark my sugar down every day so i can't have the sugar loaded flavors. Starbucks legit only has one sugar free flavor. So, I go here where you have multiple sugar free options.
This drive-thru coffee stand is great. I personally think they make the best iced white coffee in comparison to any other competitor and the prices are comparable. They have friendly baristas whom are knowledgeable with just about any type of coffee drink too.
This is my go to coffee almost everyday. Delicious every time, and the people that work there just make it even better!
This location, on my last 3 visits, completely messed up the order. I just wanted a soy marionberry and vanilla iced latte. This time they put chocolate syrup in it(it was’t even mixed in properly as it was pooled on the bottom of the cup) which makes me ill. I can not have chocolate. I called and was told I can come back and wait in line for a remade drink for free. While that offer is nice, people can’t always come back and wait. Also I clearly stated twice what I wanted. I always get the same beverage at Big Foot and do not want it confused with their other marionberry drink that includes chocolate because it makes me sick. I never have this problem at the other location I go to in South Hill. I took a big sip and already feel like I’m going to vomit.

This is our main Coffee Spot. We do here because the coffee is consistently good however today the coffee definitely tasted burnt. But a majority of the time the coffee here is great!
I love this place!! My kids and I go every Friday as a celebration we made it through the school week!! They know our order now and are always just so awesome!!!
Love the folks who work here!!! Usually pretty quick to get in and out but sometimes they are packed?But well worth the wait!! It's my morning go to???Great conversations and I have gotten to know 2 of the ladies there and they are my favorites?
As a Barista I understand being tired and not wanting to socialize all the time, I don't mind not having a conversation honestly. But everytime I go here it just seems like I'm a burden over other customers who the baristas are more than happy to talk to. I try my best to make it easy for everybody because again I get it, but the customer negligence everytime has become an issue, especially when it widdles down to ordering a coffee, getting the tablet handed over, etc. It just seems like it's too much of an issue to do. The coffee is good but I'm not comfortable going here again.
Baristas are all very pleasant and helpful when mixing your drink selection. I like to try a different special whenever I visit.
