They made us wait for more than 30, I tried to order from carpool station but did not get any response for more than 10 min. Then I went to drive through and ordered. When i reached the window, the cashier asked me what my order was?? After all the line i was told what was the order. I already paid for the order and then they again kept asking what was the order. In the end i was told they gave my order to somebody else despite me being in the window. It doesn’t make sense.March12,2022 around 12am. I asked shift manager for my refund and they up refunding me with wrong receipt. Never coming back here and would not recommend to anyone.
Service was just ok. Food was terrible! The fries were so old. The popcorn chicken tasted like it was sitting out for 8 hours. The burger was flat out discussing. I should have just used that $17 and bought a steak at outback instead. Never going back to this location again. For crying out loud, please put at lease one ketchup packet with every french fries order. 2 ladies standing around yapping the whole time. Only one person working on the food (blonde girl). Oh and the guy working at the drive through that just handed me my food.
I really like sonic but first time at this property and didn't have the best experience compared to the 2 other sonics in our area. The problem was with the online order not getting acknowledged which I can see where it could go wrong but after getting our food it just wasn't the same as we're used to getting ..willing to give it another try sometime if I do I will give an update.
Horrible customer service the last 2 visits. I’ve heard employees talking crap about sonics food, which is awkward When you’re waiting for your food, and they are overly short and snippy. They make it seem like taking our order is a huge favor so no thanks. I’ll go elsewhere.
Unfriendly staff.If you want some good American food, I guess you can go here, but be prepared to have the staff be very short with you. The lines are also very long, as the food is popular, I myself have thick skin, and I'm very respectful of my elders, but the staff here isn't very hospitable. Food is good, staff is a hit or a miss.

The employee Lysse has the worst attitude I’ve experienced in a while. My family went to this location while in town for a football tournament and chose to stop there for breakfast. Lysse took our orders and we could immediately tell by her tone she didn’t want to be doing her job. When he got to the window we received the same nasty attitude. We asked if we could add a water and instead of responding she rolled her eyes closed the window then came back handed us a water, ignored our thank you and closed the window back without even a have a nice day. Working in customer service I think it’s important that the manager knows how their establishment is being represented.
They were understaffed and out of several supplies. Couldn't get our favorites (limeade needed CO2, which they don't have available today), but what we did order tasted as good as it ever should, the staff available were in decent spirits and I would come back again.
I don't eat here but my wife and kids tell me they think it's very tasty. Service is generally fast. I have had a milk shake and it was pretty good!
I've come to really enjoy Sonic Burgers! Cherry-limeaid is my all time favorite. Its a little bit of a wait but I think its worth it. Foods hot and fresh. Burger was delicious!!
