Went here 3 days in a row sat in the line for 30 minutes 3 days in a row all three times was told to could not get a Sunday because they're ice cream machine was not working but I could get a milkshak
I've always loved coming to sonic for the drive in stalls, gives such nostalgia and is the highlight of the franchise, yet every time I come to this location, the stalls are coned off and/or staff have parked their vehicles in them, leaving them inaccessible. There was a sleeping bag on the ground right outside the side of their building. The food quality has also drastically dropped the past few times I've been here.
A little different experience than I was used to. All of the stalls were close, either because of lack of staffing or because of how late it was. This forced everyone to go through the drive thru which made for a long wait to both order and pickup.If anyone ever encounters this, I highly recommend downloading the Sonic app and ordering at the beginning of the line - it will expedite things tremendously.
The person who took our order was disengaged. Had to drag anything information of him. Then he just went away. Didn’t ask if we anything else. Just stopped talking like he was dead. We drove out of our way for milkshakes I had no caramel, and 1/3 of the shake was the white fake whipped cream. My partners Sonic Blast wasn’t frozen ice cream. It was runnier than the milkshake found under all the fake whipped cream.The pick up windows were FILTHY. They just don’t care. Zero customer service.
I've been to many states and sonic has always been a child hood favorite that I could enjoy. However visiting this location has been horrible. Long wait time, fried had other fried foods attached to them that was burnt..The taste of the fries tasted like old grease, the burger was dry and tasted and looked like it was way past expiration. Whoever owns this sonic should be banned from the franchise. The food here is well below average and thr service is not pleasant.
First off I love their blast and shakes, but that being said they Always mess up the order at this location on pacific ave. They should really have someone double check orders BEFORE they leave the window in the drive through!! I recieved blast without the toppings inside, shakes without whip or cherries even when I said that I would like them, fries instead of tots many times ect... Its like if they don't feel like making it then you get what you get...Not right when you pay for specified items you should get them! I'm not the type to turn around and go in to complain but its getting ridiculous so here's a review in hopes it stops!!! Again if it was once or twice mistakes happen... but every single month without fail is a little much! Check your blast , shakes and food before you drive away!
Several days ago I had a horrible experience at this Sonic. I wanted to quietly give feedback and not put them on blast, so I sent an email to the store. I haven’t heard anything back and at this point doubt I will based on other’s reviews.Long story short, I went for lunch and ordered from one of the stalls, which was open. After 20 minutes of not receiving my meal, I pushed the red button to ask where my order was. That was ignored for several minutes. Then when it was answered, I was told that they were busy and would answer in a while. Several more minutes go by and I push the red button again. I explain the situation and confusion ensues. They don’t know about my order. Then they can’t find it. Then they accuse me of already having it. Finally they bring it out, 45 minutes after I ordered. The food was cold and soggy and the ice was melted from my drink. This tells me that my order was prepared, sat aside somewhere and forgotten about. This is unacceptable and I won’t be visiting this location again.
Ordered a footlong coney. Went to take a bite noticed that there was mold on the bun. Flipped it over, completely covered in mold.
I ordered online at 7:45 and drove to pick up my order. I was supposed to check in by parking in any stall and enter that stall number in the app. All the stalls were blocked with cones. An employee told me if have to go through the drive thru to pick up my food. (Exactly what I was trying to avoid by ordering online) A half hour wait in line and I got half of my order before reaching the window and was told I'd receive the rest at the window. Now it's 8:30, I'm at the window and the guy says he gave the rest of my order away and had to remake it. He told me to park in the handicap spot (the only available parking spot ) and I waited another 15 minutes before I got my food. It took my 5 minutes to get home and the food was cold and all 5 of our milkshakes were thrown away because they tasted like straight chemicals. My kids wouldn't even drink them.Very disappointed. Will never go back.
My food was hot and my drinks were good! They weren't necessarily what I ordered but they were pretty good. I'm pretty sure I only get the drink I ordered about 1/3 of the time so order accuracy isn't an expectation I have with Sonic.
