The drink wasn't that great, but the worst part was the service. The guy ringing us up was fine, but the one making the drinks was chatting with his friends and not moving on to fix our drinks. Then he left our completed drinks sitting there while he prepared the drink of the guy after us. Too bad we had already tipped him...

The quality is going down. I used to love Sharetea but their boba is too hard and my favorite drink is no more good. Probably won’t go back.
Good drinks and great service! But this place should start accepting cash. This is to the gentleman who was cashier with black hair and glasses I think named Elis He helped me what to order from the menu along with recommendations. He has told me if I didn’t like the drink that he could always remake a different one for free. He apologizes when the order takes a bit long to come out and I understand that it can get busy sometimes. It is a shame that I don’t see him a lot more.
I came here before and everyone is usually nice, but today was not good because the cashier was rude. Whoever was playing the music at the store around 3 o clock, please turn it down. I can hear it all the way from the other side of the mall. I come here a lot with my wife because she likes it but the music does hurt my ear and i feel like you should be aware of the surrounding stores nearby and the people that are passing by as well. no good today. I've read this review right below mine and they describe the cashier whom i thought was rude, maybe he's selective towards who he treat because our experience felt very rushed.
Great drinks but bad customer service. Spend too much time talking during making drinks and i waited for so long. They forgot about my drink and called 2 orders ahead of me. Which really unprofessional to do.
Good, relatively quick boba in the mall, with lots of flavors and customization options. They messed up our order slightly but were very nice about it and comped us a new one -- remember to be nice to them, they're usually slammed. A little on the pricey side but it's definitely not unreasonable for American boba
Drinks are ok. The girl (asian dyed hair blond) who took the order last time I stop by wasn't look happy when she was taking orders. Need to work on their customer service. Vietnamese girl (black hair) who making drink was friendly, give her credit for it.
This was my second time geling here, the first time was great I got a strawberry fruit tea and it was great bur I came again a few months later and I didn't get any boba when I said boba while ordering my drink, both me and my friend didn't get no baba my friend got a topping and said boba as well so they slacked there and the drink was dank I know it was black tea but that's what I got last time and I had no problem with it. I think they should ask more just to make thier service good. I was just upset that my drink I got, the same one I got last time was horrible this time. I had to come home and put sure in it to make it taste at least decent
Confusing menu and employees even more confusing... LOL. Went to Starbucks.
