I used to love this place, and I still want to, but they've cut the portion of fish in half. I'm paying essentially $20 for a small scope of fish and a cucumber salad beefed up with arugula. Not worth the money.
Great food, portions are just right, staff friendly, courteous and helpful.
I like coming here and I want to continue to do so , however I cannot due to the fact that the consistency of their service is bad and very disappointing. I've had several times where I've ordered double protein and only receive the regular amount. Double is an upcharge of $7 so I expect at least double the usual amount.I've also had a couple times where I place an online order and when I get to the restaurant at the time it says my order will be ready, they haven't even started preparing my order. Then I have to wait 20+ minutes.I've tried reaching out via their contact form on their website and the survey after ordering, however I've never received a response, so I hope this review will get through to management so the can make amends.
I love this place, its a go to for me. The fish is so fresh, the poke bowls are so generous, and they really have something for everybody. The people who work here are so nice and really know their stuff.
I used to love going here and getting a poke wrap, but the last two times I went the food tasted off. Not a taste you want to associate with a place that serves raw fish. I thought it might have just been a fluke the first time, but I just stopped by tonight and ordered my usual poke wrap and I'm still tasting it, and not in a good way. I am super bummed. The only explanation is that it's because I order less than an hour before closing time, but that isn't an excuse for sub par food. It should be just as fresh from open to close. I just can't imagine going back there. It is an expensive treat that has not treated me well at all the last two times.
The place was dirty from the every single tables to where they make your food. They had rags that you clean with next to the food. Every single container was open including the raw fish. The food was trash, I get it's raw fish but when it's tasting fishy it's bad; I ended up throwing it away. When I told her the fish was bad she rolled her eyes & said"ok" ... The lady came to wipe off our table and didn't change her gloves after. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the cashier was friendly.

This place is absolutely amazing!!!!! Everything I've had so far was so full of flavor. The workers are all so kind and really know their stuff. Hawaiian food isnt cheap to come by, but they have some great deals on family meals that are very affordable!!!!Highly HIGHLY recommend!!!!!
Don’t leave reviews. After multiple messed up orders. Had to. And more so maybe train your employees on how to speak to customers. This isn’t the hood. We aren’t trying to fight. Just trying to get the actual food we ordered. If you are offended by people paying $80 for food to be delivered and driving down to your establishment to be greeted by the rudest person possible you should probably lock your doors for good.
The staff are really upbeat and seem to enjoy their jobs. The service is quick and the food is beautiful!I got Sam's Spicy Poke Rice Bowl with Ahi and it was delicious!
