Food and customer service is five stars. My reasoning for the rating is the situation with the party rooms. We did a family get together for 20+ people, and made a reservation a week in advance, they seated us promptly but they didn’t give us an actual “party room” we all just sat in booths and tables that were closely together, and ended up having to push the two tables together to be able to all look face to face and talk to each other, and even then some people in our group had to sit in the booths so they were facing the complete other direction. It kinda ruined our family get together, as it felt like there was more 1 on 1 conversation then whole family conversation because of the seating arrangement. The puyallup location actually has separate party rooms, which I was expecting. Other than that it was it was a good experience and the pizza was amazing, but I would NEVER go here again for a group outing.

There was a woman working on folding boxes and she was using her foot to kick the boxes up before she folded them. Yuck!A few hours later I was sick as hell and was in the bathroom throughout the night from about 8pm until after 6am.I only went there because before prior I was at MOD pizza and the guy who was working the oven had on no hair net, wore no mask, wore no gloves and was picking on his face and scratching his head all while adjusting a woman's cheese bread with his bare hands. I almost threw up in my mouth a few times. Everyone else working there during that time I was there had on both gloves and face masks as they should have while working with the customer's orders. I was so disturbed that I knew that if I had started talking to him it would have intentionally gotten out hand.
I love round table. This location works so hard. Since Covid 2020, the same 3 workers never miss a day and take on a lot. I have had several sports banquets there and have ordered for my family, food is always on point. The wait varies from instant to an hour, but these employees work hard every day. They are spread thin. Much respect and gratitude for them.
Great pizza. If you have kids there is a small game room for them.
The person that took my delivery order was rude!I wish I would of hung up! There was a mistake on our order, so I called, and the manager came on the line. He stated, that he made the pizza's and there was no mistake. He had a chip on his shoulder. He didn't want to make things right. I also asked for the receipt, and never got one.I realize that staffing is hard everywhere, but you have to have good customer service. I will never go to that Round Table again!
Normally the pizza is really good here. However, the last two times, including tonight, our pizza was overcooked. Do you have a problem with your oven thermostat or something? Will try somewhere else moving forward.
The pizza is some of the best, the sauce is a little spicy. The employees are friendly and very helpful. Their twists are very good, we have had them every time we have had pizza.
Apparently I have found a pizza place that doesn't deliver. told me they could take my order but not promise that it would be delivered due to them not having drivers, but use door dash, and its a guess when and if they pick it up. Stop making your problems my problem. hire and pay delivery drivers.
There is a party room for special events. Kids can go play arcade games and win tickets for prizes they can choose from. The employees were very kind. It is a BOY!!
