$12 burger and fries, the only customers in the store, I expected the burger to go straight to my hands piping hot and for $4 fries a healthy portion. I got neither, this place must be under new ownership or something it is not the pre-covid place. I won't be back. I repeat, $12 for a burger and fries.
They make the best burger in Tacoma. Fries and the philly cheesesteak are awesome as well. What's not to like. Photos coming soon.

The food is very good. Service not so much. Called 9 times in 15 minutes and either got a busy signal or the carrier’s notification that the number was unavailable.
This used to be our favorite burger place in Tacoma, but it’s gone downhill since Covid. Last month we had take out and they completely messed up our order. Not even close. Tonight we decided to try again. Service is lousy and food was very mediocre. Way smaller than they used to have. Onion rings used to be amazing. Now they’re were far fewer and tasted frozen. I’m bummed!
Been on the wagon for almost 3 years now. They never fail to impress and the fry sauce is on point.
I have ordered and enjoyed the Tacoma Red Wagon fish and chips for years. Today was the first time I found a thick, rubbery, white film on the fish. It seemed too thick and abundant to be albumin. Regardless, its appearance made me question the freshness of the fish and ruined my meal.
