The lobster punch was great the fish and chips was awful and the coleslaw was spoiled

3.7 ⭐ Started with the Bacon-Wrapped Sea Scallops (which were done to perfection. Very good and I'm not a scallops fan) and the Langostino Lobster-Artichoke-and-Seafood Dip with tortilla chips (also super YUM! Enough for two). Ordered the New! Lobster-Topped Stuffed Flounder (Wild-caught flounder roasted with our signature seafood stuffing and topped with Maine and langostino lobster in a creamy lobster beurre blanc. Served with choice of 2 sides) and Lobster Lover's Dream®(A roasted rock lobster tail, butter-poached Maine lobster tail and lobster-and-shrimp linguini in a creamy lobster sauce. Served with melted butter, lemon and choice of two sides).THE FOOD WAS SPECTACULAR! So I'm sure you're wondering why only 3⭐..I think the portion size is small. They are larger than years ago...but still small to me. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND HERE. Made a nice evening out-definately felt a step up from Applebee's. Pricing is medium high we did wait to be seated about half an hour but they did text our phone so we didn't have to wait inside. Staff was polite and efficient. Our server was awesome (New Zealand) and it was clean. This location was the one off of 72nd in the parking lot for WinCo by (behind) the Dairy Queen. I actually never realized this was here so check out this location.
I hardly leave reviews but the customer service from our server Michael last night was out of this world. He went above and beyond and made us feel wanted if you come to this location definitely ask for Michael. If they show you this review or if you see it thank you so much please don’t stop being you and providing excellent customer service.
We just had a wonderful experience at the Tacoma Red Lobster and the BEST service! Our waiter was Michael and he was incredible! Extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. We all walked away talking about how nice he was and the amazing service he provided us. Thank you, Michael. Thank you for being so kind. The food was delicious, but the way you treated us was top notch. If all of society could take a lesson from you…we’d be far better off!
Haven't been to Red Lobster in quite a long while but was always a favorite of our family. Went for the Monday, all you can eat Shrimp special. Went at 1130 am for lunch so very few people. Hostess was friendly as was the waitress. Used my own sanitizing wipes to clean table and booth,, table was kind of sticky with a kind of haze on it. Was kind of shocked to find out you only get one side with your meal! Salad, vegtable, or Potato. The all you can eat shrimp is limited to 4 choices and the wait staff never came back to ask if we would like a refill. Condiments very limited too, about 2 tablespoons sauce for a plate of shrimp. The prices have gone up but that was not a problem as we considered dining here on special occasions. Very disappointing visit
Wen made our dining experience amazing. He took our orders right away and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our entire stay. He never overstayed or check on us too often. The food was amazing and I was reminded again why I love coming back to this Red Lobster location. The choices are plentiful and enough for anyone looking to switch things up once in a while. Wen answered any questions we had and even accommodated us with a request that wasn't listed on the menu. Thanks team for making our date perfect!
