This particular popeyes has great food like the rest of them do, but i have to travel about 40 minutes to get to this location from home. I ordered 5 of the blackened chicken tenders along with some of the chicken nuggets, drove ALL the way home just to find out I paid an extra $4 and no nuggets. Super disappointing considering I took the time to go all the way here for their chicken. ?
Get a better attitude if you wish to work in the food service industry. I can understand why you have a minuscule 3.6 stars. My coworkers and I will take our business elsewhere after giving your establishment multiple opportunities to provide quality service.
Great enough to grab a quick bite; staff exceptionally polite & quick with the order. Deducting a star for way too much mayo on my chix sammy -- hey, nothing's ever perfect but I actually had to scrape a lot off. Super-nice folks behind the window, though.
The drive through line takes like 30 minutes per person. I don’t get why they have you on hold just to get the person in front of you served. And I’ve been sitting in this line for 30 minutes maybe even more. Either you need to higher better people or just close this place.
Food is great, Popeyes service always struggles, but we keep going back as our family loves the tenders and Cajun fries. We are always surprised if our order is 100% correct.
Angelica gave me extra chicken free of charge. The food is hot, fresh and tasty. Def one of the better locations. They aren't always open or fully stocked with food, but that's more Covid related. They also send me coupons every month, so I can eat here for real cheap
If you like slow service and bad food this is the place for you. Here in Washington we're things cost more and the quality is terrible, major restaurant businesses strive on you. Is it worth it? Hell no. But this place is perfect if you hate money time and your stomach.
I love Popeyes. But this location is absolutely atrocious. Just went for the second time thinking we would give them a second chance because of convenience and my wife asked for fresh made to order fries, the lady hands her a box of cold soggy french fries and my wife said something and the lady says "I just took them out" absolutely no chance. My wife asked her if she was the manager and her reply was "unfortunately"Terrible customer service and terrible all around service! Disgusting.
Ordered 5 breasts, three spicy and two mild. All were mild, no spicy were served. Instead of getting all breasts I received 4 breasts and 1 thigh. A pretty clear difference in chicken anatomy, not the first time either. Doesn't help to complain as they blame it on new employees learning mistakes.
Absolutely the worst experience ever.We came by for dinner and waited in the drive thru for approximately 20 mins. Once we were about to order- they let us know the credit card machine is down and only accepting cash- we left came back to order and took another 30 mins in line. Absolutely no organization and the lobby is closed.
