Honestly, this is one of the best experiences I have had at Popeyes franchise. Their customer service is sincere and welcoming. Their back of the house is vocal and produces fresh food. Everyone knew what they were doing and checked on me (customer). I'd recommend this location anyday and glad to know when I don't want to cook lunch/dinner I can trust this establishment to deliver. As a delivery driver this location has a lot of work to do, i always see multiple employees just standing around chatting with eachother and no body has even started making my customers order, forcing me to apologize on thier behalf, drivers dont get paid to sit and wait for thier employees to finish thier social conversations. The longer we wait the more money we lose, definitely wont be accepting any more orders from this location until they get their act together.
Always got something bad going on, either the registers are locked or there’s a 20 minute wait for new chicken or they get your food wrong. My last straw was today when I paid $42 for delivery, I ordered the home style Mac and cheese (cost more than regular sides) for the side with my dinner & two extra sides which was mashed potatoes and red beans & rice. These people literally gave me 3 sides of mashed potatoes. It’s almost hard to believe this was an accident when the receipt is clear as day. You can’t screw peoples orders up when you paying a lot of money. They need to try a little harder & pay attention. The food is good (sometimes) but the service is not worth it anymore. You give them chance and chance again & hope they change your mind but I’m pretty much over it.
They were having a great special which includes 2 sides, I had the Red Beans and Rice and Mac and cheeseThey were both so tasty. The chicken is great, the whole order was wonderful! Thanks to the employees as well, I'm sure I will be back soon.
The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Yum! Red beans and rice were good, but not as spicy as I remember. Good service.
Fast food is supposed to be fast. 15+ minutes in a drive thru with only two cars ahead of me is absurd. I didn't even get my food. I could have prepared the food I ordered in the time it would've taken to get my food from this place.It's chicken. Cook the chicken. It's really not hard.
The chicken was hot and ready when I got to the window. Months ago I had bad service here and stop going. But now they have new staff and the this place is doing better on there services.
I (foolishly) eat here a lot and they screw up my food pretty much every time and usually take forever. The employees are always super friendly, but I have no clue how fast food being this poor this consistently is even possible. Writing this review after getting the wrong chicken the last THREE times I've went.
This store is unreal.Tonight got our bag of food basically thrown at my bag ripped and stuff went flying.Forgot my drinks to wait 20 more minutes for the forgotten sodas.To bring home cold food to my family!!!Customer service is everything in this industry and I know this store has lost a customer.Rude person didn't even Apologize for anything either...DO NOT EAT HERE
This place was nice. We went in for a quick bite, ordered, a quick wait, got our stuff, then I realized we didn't have our 6 biscuits that came with our meal, I don't even have to say anything when I got up to counter, when they were ready a few minutes later he brought them OUT TO our table. I also witnessed this same employee taking drive thru orders that they were behind on out to other cars that were waiting as they were backed up with drive thru orders. When we got done we needed a bag for our leftovers, they very helpfully gave us a big bag to out all our leftover boxes into to take.. it just seemed I saw they were TRYING there GOOD JOB GUYS!!!
