Ok, so I probably eat here more often than I should. And it's all that damn Spicy Chicken Sandwich's fault. It is way more delicious than some fried chicken slapped between a brioche bun with sauce and pickles has any right to be.That said, this location can be hit or miss with the service. The drive through can take ages (like upwards of 20m if there are a few cars ahead of you). Sometimes they run out of chicken sandwiches, and either they're out for good, or it'll take 15m for one to be ready. And sometimes the order is messed up; no pickles when I asked for extra, classic instead of spicy, etc. But at the end of the day, it's still a delicious sandwich.Oh, and they have other fried things here too. I bet they're tasty, but I can't vouch for them seeing as I exclusively get the sandos.
Love Popeyes always a favorite I get the chicken and make my own sides when I'm not in the mood for Popeyes sides and still makes a great meal! Spicy is the best!!
This location is always out of spicy chicken sandwiches. Waited over 20 minutes in line around 8pm, finally got to the window just for them to let us know that they are out of spicy chicken sandwiches (this has happened before on numerous occasions, too. Usually a 50/50 shot that they will actually have them). Slightly annoyed, we ended up ordering two orders of the chicken tender meals instead. As we pulled up to the window to pay, they let us know that they said that they “took the chicken tenders off the line/shelf” right as we pulled up. At this point, we were hungry and annoyed. She asked if we wanted to buy anything else and didn’t even offer anything to compensate. It’s a bit disorganized and we were honestly just disappointed and ended up not eating there at the end of the day. I wish they would have offered up some sort of alternative solution, or at least put signs on the menu when they run out of items!
Wasn't given a receipt. Got home after a 30 minute drive to find that I'm missing a spicy chicken sandwich. Called the restaurant to be told i can't get a refund and my only option was to drive 20-30 minutes back to pick up my "side". The guy on the phone obviously wasn't listening any of the 4x i told him it's a sandwich im missing and not a side dish. I sent a support email explaining my issue through the website. I finally go to eat some of my other food and then i find a hair in the red beans and rice. Not gonna bother calling back because if they don't care that they shorted me a 5 dollar sandwich, they're not gonna care about the hair in my food. 50 bucks down the drain. This location is garbage. I should have just gone to church's.
Everyone knows the chicken sandwich is perfect, but OH MY LIFE the lines are insane it makes me second-guess how worth it the food really is. They still won’t let anyone in the lobby so your ONLY option is sitting in the drive-thru line that’s backed up through the parking lot and makes a 10 minute trip to get lunch take over an hour. So if you want the chicken sandwich badly enough, you best have lots of time to kill ?
I came in to try the spicy chicken sandwich.I was greeted with "can you wait a minute," from an employee texting or something on their phone, and after waiting that whole minute or more, I was then offered service.I found out the spicy on the spicy chicken is just mayo, and not a spicy breading or some sort of infusion into the meat. Popeyes doesn't stock lettuce which I wanted to get some greens in my sandwich.So I just ordered some chicken nuggets which ended up being tender and not dry. I enjoyed the sweet red chili sauce dip.
The food is tasteless not hot and what I asked for I didn’t get it on top of that I was in the drive thru for 30 my minutes. Chicken nuggets I got for my granddaughter was awful she wouldn’t eat them and she’s only 1. Popeye is trying out do other fast food restaurants they are loosing their touch, flavor on food
WORST PLACE!! I went through the drive through and saw MULTIPLE WORKER on their phones just standing around socializing. Waited at the drive through for 25 minutes with NO RESPONSE. Didn't know if they were closed or not taking orders. No one responded so they just had cars lined up in hopes of getting their orders taken and yet nothing. They are slow, inaccurate with their orders and very RUDE. They need to either go under new management get new staff or something. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. If I could I wold give them 0 stars.
Used the app. Still had to wait 15 minutes for my order. Could see 2 employees inside through drive thru window either no mask or mask under their chin. Not going to this one again. Is this corporate policy? Total disregard for health. Not the first Popeyes with employees in the kitchen not wearing masks.
