Horrible, rude customer service! I gave them my address SOO many times and they still took my address wrong. They even took my phone number wrong and the poor delivery person was completely confused and frustrated about it. I had to call to see what was taken so long, the manager came on the phone to repeat my address, which it was not correct. I had to correct him. once I did, he stated, " that is what I said and hung up on me." I understand they are short staff and slammed, but this is no excuse to be rude with customers.I had the conversation in a speaker and my friend that was visiting heard the conversation too. I normally order online, to avoid talking to these people, but I choose to call in... I will never order from this place again. This isn't the first time this has happened, but this either. I love pizza hut! Been ordering since I was a kid.
The clerk wanted to charge me $24. I had a coupon it was already pre determined. That my ticket was $16. I believe he knew that. It had me a little uneasy.
My order was finished within the time stated on the app, and was ready for pick up as soon as I arrived. Very fast, and excellent service.

There was not much sauce on the pizza, what was on there tasted very good but I would say just add a little bit more to the normal amount distributed among the pizza. Im not asking for an extra ladle because you offer extra for more money but thats to much sauce. Just a little bit more would have been the perfect amount :).

They need to get the order correct. I was charged for stuffed cheese crust but I got hand tossed crust instead for one of my pizzas. I was also charged extra for cheesey breadsticks and they burnt the whole thing.
Placed order at store and waited in car for pizzas. Excellent customer service from young lady at the counter and excellent tasting personal size pizzas!
They forgot two items on my order. The Pepsi and the marinara sauce. We had stopped ordering from Pizza Hut for about a year due to instances like this. Then we started ordering again. They did great for awhile. This is the second time in the last month items were forgotten. Said there would a be a credit given but it never happens.
