It's ok, pizza hut has definitely gone down in quality a bit and the food is a bit bland now...and for the price there is definitely better options around
Not as good as I am accustomed to.Dough not crispy; meat lovers didn't live up to my usual expectations.I might have to try the competition.Hand toss/ thin crust is usually pretty good.I'll have to give it another chance to see if this was a fluke.
I love to see the GM walk around handing food without out a mask or washing his hands when coming from the bathroom to the kitchen. Great how the follow the rules and laws they have posted on the doors.
The brownie I ordered was very dry. As a new customer to this location, the customer service could be better. I absolutely love Fife and Edgewood as their customer service is always 5 star. This store just needs a little improvement.
I sat in my vehicle and I called the phone number in the window for curb side pick up and NO ONE Answered the PHONE. I went in to let them know I was there and paid and she said it will be a few minutes. Yes they were fairly busy, BUT my pizza was sitting the warm oven at least 10 minute while I waited in the waiting bench.... Where was the Fresh Out of the Oven taste.
Bring back the option to let me choose the type of style of crust offered as before on previous website ordering. That option was not available on this attempt. Other than that no additional changes are needed. Service exceptional as well as food taste. Thank You.
my food was luke warm and I am only 5 minutes away. My Cheese bread sticks were cold and well done. almost burnt. they also forgot my blue cheese. At your prices it was not good.
Food was never delivered. There has been zero communication about this from the restaurant. It looks like I received a refund, but the only reason I know that is because I checked my bank statements.
I love the food and only can get this pizza type from you guys. Wish you still had bread knots still though.
I have been ordering from this location for years and I didn't really want to complain this time but my order was over an hour to be delivered and it's the FIRST time ever my order was cold. You guys are always awesome and food is always hot and I have never had to wait much more than 30 min.
