I live for pizza! I love a meat lovers large size and usually do a hand toss but next think I'll be looking to get a stuffed crust next time. So delicious.
It was probably my fault, but I thought I had ordered the 19.99 package of a stuffed pizza and 8 boneless wings. I knew I would be charged for the mushrooms extra, so I thought nothing of the extra until after the fact. Like I said let the buyer beware - my fault- next time I will be more careful when checking out.
One of my items was forgotten. I would have just dismissed it but it was almost 8 dollars. They willingly brought it out to me. I was polite to the person on the phone and told them please bring it when you can, did not be a jerk and demand it right now.
We ordered a large Super Supreme but received someone elses order. I called the store to notify them of the mistake so they could contact whoever received our order.
I order your triple treat box and recieved very under cooked cinnamon buns. I just would like to get my food cook and not have to call the store back to get something replace and then have to wait for it.
The pizza was good, but man was it greasy. I know it's fast food, and the pizza still tasted good overall, but one star off for a grease soaked box and having to go through double the usual napkins to eat a pizza warrants one star off in my book.
I’m someone who values great customer service, and this location is top tier! Our family probably spends more money then we should on eating out. We’re working on it and usually it goes in waves. One minute we’re eating out and the next 6 months we’re not because I’ve refused to waste another dime on paying people for food when we can cook ?. The struggle smh. Anyway I haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time. After being treated so horribly by both dominos and papa Johns I refused to give them a dime more of our money, and I’m going to stand on that! Well this location forgot our wings, in their defense we called in after placing an online order and requested to add more wings. The driver ended up forgetting the wings that were in the first order, and the manager Leann (I pretty sure that’s her name) was so amazing! She apologized a lot, offered us a 2-liter for the inconvenience, and sent the wings out. The new driver forgot the wings and only brought the 2-liter. Leann called us, apologized, and told us she had already sent another driver back out with the wing’s, she then apologized like four more times! Good customer service is a rarity in this day and age, so thank you to the staff and manager Leann at this location for being amazing at your jobs!
The pizzas could have been better. This was the first time I did not enjoy my pizza from Pizza Hut. The crust was too thin, I ordered hand tossed, and it tasted like cardboard.
I haven’t ordered Pizza Hut for a while. I used to like their pizza so I decided to try it again. I’m not impressed. The pizza tasted fine but was very light on toppings. I don’t think it was a good value for the price paid. I’ll most likely go with Papa John’s in the future.
Except for it being late ( I ordered ahead of time for a later delivery) everything was very good. We were compensated for it arriving late. We understand staffing and driver issues. Hang in there!
