Ordered my dinner from work in Kent and it was hot and waiting for me at the scheduled pickup time. The pizza and bread sticks were amazing, and I will certainly return to this location. The employee who helped me was very friendly. 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I ordered Bread sticks. They ? Burnt them and gave it to me. I come home and opened it. I got this.. Ridiculous.. I was soooo hungry. But did not eat the bread.
Veggie pizza, no cheese. Arrived timely, and hot, but really not much for veggies either. What didI pay for?!? Toppings were also really sparse on husband's pizza that did have cheese.
I ordered 33$ worth of foodOne of the pizzas were utter garbage and I bought an 8 piece chicken, they gave us 6 pieces of chicken and there was barely any sauce on the pizza the cheese was awful the toppings were super cheap quality,I called them and they thought I was pranking them. And they were super unprofessional. Awful service.
I requested the curbside delivery to the passenger side and they delivered to the driver side. There was no greeting or acknowledgement. Seemed rather out of touch with the interaction. But pizza was fine.
The team at our local store is excellent! Props out to all the folks who work there in the branch. My order is never wrong, and is always hot and tasty. Props out to the drivers for their care with covid protections, too! Thanks Team!
We ordered pizza last night like we always do. Got a confirmation of the order and the price. When we went to pick up our food no one was there. The place was empty and dark. Why or how do you confirm an order and then close shop? My family and I were extremely disappointed. We ended up scrounging for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Not acceptable.
I have never been disappointed with Pizza Hut. We called our order in for curbside and waited almost an hour. Small lobby loaded with customers, some unmasked. No communication from staff when system crashed and walk in orders were filled first. After walking in to see what the issue was, I was told it could be another hour. I cancelled my order and will not go back to this location
The pizza was perfect! This is the best Pizza Hut experience I have had in a long time. I have had plenty of negative experiences with Pizza Huts in the past, especially with scheduled orders like this one. This Pizza Hut showed me that it is possible for them to get it right, have it prepared at the right time, and provide a great pizza!
Either show up before the time from start to delivery hits two and a half hours or at the very least have it be hot when it gets here. Also, when cutting please make an attempt to make each slice more equal instead of skinny ones and huge ones.
