Placed an online order. There was a "deal" for a large 3 topping pizza for $10.99 for carry out only. I selected that deal and made my regular crust, no extra cheese, 3 topping selection order. Then was charged for all 3 toppings in addition to the $10.99. Called the store and was told they don't participate in any deals and all large pizzas start at $13.99. Completed the order in the app, anyway, so I could get it slightly less than $13.99, but found the whole thing deceptive. If your deal is $10.99 for a 3 topping pizza when shopping at a selected location it should include those 3 toppings at no extra charge. And, I hadn't had Pizza Hut since childhood. The taste was disappointing and was not with the extra cost over Dominoes or Little Caesar's (neither of which are "good", either). Pizza ingredients are so cheap that there's no excuse to make such poor tasting pizza. At least I know not to try Pizza Hut again.
Terrible took over an hour delivery guy didnt even stop just drove into parkjng lot then left.Also possibly hit a car in parking lot and took off ridiculous.Do not order from this place...
Every single time we order from this location is wrong. The last time we went was to fix a previously messed up order and they messed up the order. Phone, online, or in the app, doesn't matter. They will not get it right. Order at your own risk.
This pizza hut near the sonic is so delicious! Always extra hot and gooey cheese.

I did.Stealing from people is not a way to earn your tips.
The pizza was extremely greasy. This continues to be my biggest complaint about PizzaHut products - and why I rarely order from The Hut.
Pizza was ready in 15min. The order was exactly what I asked for. Employee was polite and friendly.
Pizzas that halfway resemble the pictures you advertise. Pizzas with more than five or six pieces of pineapple on a Hawaiian. Pizzas that are cut correctly and all the way through. Pizzas that do not taste like cardboard crust.
When I went to pick up my pizza, the lady was rude and hasty. I ordered online for carryout. I requested drizzled BBQ, and when I arrived at the store, the lady rudely told me Pizza Hut no longer makes special requests. I am disappointed that such a small request could not be met or that I did not receive a phone call to let me know before picking up my order. Had I known then, I could have changed my order to my liking. Before cooking, it does not take more than 2 seconds to drizzle BBQ on a pizza. This is something that other pizza establishments do and have done for their customers.
The Pizza hut on 6th ave is always on time with my Pizza delivers and the food items are always hot and delicious. I will be ordering my pizza from Pizza hut every where I go. Great Job 6th ave Tacoma WA.Pizza Hut.!!!
