Don't like that they don't take cash anymore but the service is good as can be w/teenagers running the place.
The boys working tonight 02/5/22 , were super professional and made some really good pizzas, i also was using my ebt card and didnt have cash to tip , i apologized (because my mama taught me to tip your servers and people that make your food) and the young man behind the counter was super nice and assured me it wasnt a big deal at all. I think that stuff matters. Thanks guys, the pizza was great.
I love Papa Murphy's. They are clean, and your pizza is done on time and the people are friendly. I will definitely go back again soon.
Bought a cowboy pizza, it had no mushrooms, it had mozzarella cheese on it no olives no sauce and charged me $16.99. I took a picture of it and showed it to the morning manager and she was very polite and apologetic but I don’t think she should’ve apologized for someone else’s screw up.

Did you know that if you order online and pick up in the store they charge 9 extra dollars? An 18 dollar pizza ended up costing us 27$. And it's not posted on their website. This is truly ridiculous. Just go in the store and save yourself money or, better yet, order from somewhere else where there's no hidden fees
I ordered ahead through their website and not long later, my food was ready to be picked up. The staff was friendly and got my order to me right away. Everything turned out perfectly.
Pizza was so overly salty it was pretty much inedible .A bit disappointed in the customer service as well.
