We went there & the guy didn't want to attend us..if was going to be a super easy transaction. One pizza & soda paid by card.Came back the next day & there were 2 guys, at least they attended us. They were timely & somewhat friendly with their customer service.So only reason I'm giving 2 stars.. 1 for each.Pizza was alright.I'm not gonna be returning though.
Not bad pizza. With prices going up, you can find much better deals for pizza you don't have to cook yourself. It's always nice to have a better alternative to frozen pizza though.
Always friendly, always have our custom orders made right. Can't go wrong with Papa Murphy's.
Great food and great service, the manager goes above and beyond to help and even walks out pizzas to the car for the elderly and handicapped customers.
We love to order and pay through the app. Completely customizable pizzas. My keto family get the container "pizzas."My favorite is the Thai Chicken!Tbh there's a high turnover of staff, but everyone I've had dealings with has been great!The parking lot is a NIGHTMARE. Don't come in a big vehicle. It's tight side to side and front to back.
Regional manager,Please please staff this place.They are super busy and deal with customer service that have been putting up with abnormal wait times.You could lose them to the Panda Express that's now paying $21 down the road.
I'm not sure if Benjamin was my actual cashier or just the name on the reciept but whoever did help me tonight was fantastic and should get a raise for being so cool. That is all!Oh and the pizza is pretty great too :D
Great costomer service, but they had not yet made my pizza for order ahead pickup when I arrived. I arrived 5 min after the estamated ready time. They did not have my order ready until 10 minutes after I arrived at the store. What is the point of order ahead if the service time is the same as walk in orders.
Ordered 4 family size pizzas. Two of the pizzas were very salty. And the pizza was stuck to the tray. Was not easy to remove it from the tray after cooking it. I won t go to this place again. Received better pizza and better service at other locations
the machine glitched and said it didnt go through the first time we tried paying, but it did go through, and we were told to swipe through again and the money would go back into our account. it happened at another place as well, so hopefully these machines get fixed.
