I was just in this location to pick up a DoorDash order. I am literally due to have a baby in two days so when they told me that my order was going to be out of the oven in a minute I sat down. While sitting down my phone received another order so I was in the middle of trying to decline that order to work on the one I was picking up and you have this young cashier with the biggest attitude I’ve ever seen and he just keeps repeating the name of my DoorDash order until I look up and notice he’s talking to me, with extreme attitude, talking down to me like a child. I am extremely pregnant and extremely exhausted trying to work as much as I can before my baby gets here and you get this kid that wants to be disrespectful for no reason like I was Inconveniencing him? I will never go to this Papa John’s ever again not for myself and not for Doordash Customer because that was absolutely unnecessary and I don’t understand why he had such an attitude when all I was doing was sitting down and dealing with my phone for half a second.
They made the pizza with wrong toppings so I had to wait an then gave me somebody else's pizza so I had to go back and they still made my pizza with the wrong crust!!! Friggin terrible!!!
Messed up on my order then hung up on me when I tried to get it fixed. Called back and was placed on hold. They forgot the sauce on two different orders.

I went on to eat the an additional 4 times last month! Lol I ordered the carry-out special. Just a little over $12. It came out to be a little more than Domino's but no complaints here. I still like Domino's but I love the cheese they use at Papa Johns!

I called to place a delivery order and was outsourced to a representative in India. I went over my address with him 5 times because he kept entering it incorrectly. I then had to repeat what toppings I wanted on the pizza over 10 times because he couldn't understand what I wanted. I then gave him my card information. After the 10 minute and 52 second phone call he proceeds to tell me that that store doesn't deliver to my address and gave me a phone number to call for a store that does. I don't understand how it is so hard to comprehend that I want chicken, green peppers, and onions on a pizza. And why wouldn't he be able to tell me right off the bat that my address is outside of that stores delivery area. Also, if you're going to outsource calls to a call center in India, why does it even matter what store's phone number I call. When I called the new phone number he gave me I was again transferred to the same call center. Figure it out.
Delivery were quickly! And tasty good!
Pizza is always hot and just awesome. I love the works.
Called after placing my order to ask that no peppers be in the box as my son is VERY allergic. They guy on the phone said, "ya ya". I went in to pay and the female (shift supervisor?) went to the guy cutting pizzas and asked if he put peppers in the box. They removed the tape, took the peppers out, retaped the box, then she went to hand it to me. I told her they need to remake it since there were peppers and she said, "there are no peppers". I told her I saw them removed and if a piece has any peppers on it, my son will need to be rushed to the hospital. She rolled her eyes and said it would take 20 minutes. I said ok. Luckily, I decided to wait in the store because I came back in and they quit taking with the pizza box in their hands & she had a driver make the pizza. At least the guy cutting apologized. However, we opened the box and the pizza was cut strangely. Some huge pieces and some tiny ones. We took a picture! Not the best day for Papa John's!
Who doesn't love pizza? Weird! Just kidding, Papa John's pizza, has a big selection of fine pies!
