It is just horrible customer service and bad food
Their food is good every time I go. Which is not very often.
The manager on duty SINGLE handedly saved this post. She remade my plate, added two egg rolls, & ensured that my next meal was taken care of!!!That is how you manage!!! Panda Express needs to give their people a raise! I was extremely HANGRY after arriving home with no entrées...Their customer service blows Domino's out of the water (main post dominos). The farthest I've seen them go is adding a credit, while never going above & beyond like Panda did tonight!Shoutout to management team! ??
There is little to zero egg in this fried rice. Did you all take white rice, run to the commissary and add a few carrots ? peas because this ain't it! Lol
Great tasty food, provided in large portion sizes. The fried rice was flavorfull and not greasy. The teryaki meat dish was the best in Pierce County in my estimation and I've been living and eating teriyaki in the area for over 20 years. The long lines to get served is a testament to the foods quality. If you are in a rush, best mot to go during the week at lunch time.
Very generous with their portions
Orange Chicken is a popular choice, Honey Walnut Shrimp is a must and White Rice with Terriyaki Sauce is way better than Chow Mein
Food is really good and they give really generous portions. Worth it every time!
