Ordered through the drive thru, they said it would be 7-10 min for one of my items. I said okay that’s fine. Paid and they told me to park. Well, I ended up waiting 25 min. No sorry or anything. Don’t tell me it’ll only be 7-10 if that’s not the case. Cars behind me got their food taken to their cars before mine. Bad bad customer service.
Trash... They are always out of Various entries. On April 23rd apparently they got robbed and decided to accept card on card only but did not post it anywhere. Then they had customers wait in the drive-through line because they close the lobby. Then when you get to the window to order they tell you that they are out of walnut shrimp teriyaki chicken sesame chicken and egg roll..... At 1st I feel bad when I heard they got robbed.... At first. If you can't maintain the standard of business then you need to close until you can.
Horrible customer service and you're lucky if the food is decent. The food is almost never fresh and sometimes downright inedible, one time I got the CRISPY almond chicken that was mushy and tasted awful, and if you don't go in to order and watch them fill up the container they will barely fill up your container with food. The panda express down off Bridgeport is much better.
Avoid the drive thru at all costs! I have never had a worse experience at a panda express. I was told that it would be a 15 minute wait for an item, which is fine and never had a problem waiting before. Imagine my surprise after 30 minutes when I walked in to check in the slow time, to be told they forgot to bring it out. To make things even worse, the food was both burned and cold. Most of the meal was practically inedible, mushy rice, burnt chicken, cold entree. I will not be returning to this Panda location again.
I went through the drive through they did not have 2 of the dishes I ordered ready. They said they would bring them to me in 5 minutes. I waited over 45 minutes. I walked in the store showed them my receipt, they shoved a bag of food at me and said "oh we will give you free egg roll for that." Excuse me. If I was not so tired and frustrated. I took the bag and left #1 the food they gave me was NOT MY FOOD I gave it to my friends because it was not even something I would eat. This is not the first time this has happened. I forgave them first time as being related to understaffed for covid. But they should be adjusted by now. Never again Panda.
The food was good, but at the time I went through the drive-thru they were only taking credit cards and exact change. The only bummer was no napkins or fortune cookies, plus I am glad I asked for a straw as none of those items made it into my bag.The service was real good though, so I will be back!
This Panda Express is pretty good. They were fairly busy and we were asked to pull forward and wait for our order. The wait was short and the food was hot and good. I appreciate the friendliness of the gentleman working the window. Great job guys!!! I will be back.
My favorite fast food Chinese food place. I usually get the Veggies along with Shrimp and Fire cracker chicken. Love the speed and taste!
Around 4:30PM on 1/20/22 it was hectic and all of the staff handled it very well. The cook in particular did an excellent job on all of the entrees, which usually doesn’t happen when it’s that busy. Thanks so much!!
I think the food here is good but they never give you enough meat and it bothers me that they have a problem when you ask for more even if you want to pay for it I think the staff needs to work on being more friendly and personable and dish food how they would like it just for them
