There was no wait on a Friday night around 7PM, so we were seated promptly. Our server was GREAT! She made great suggestions and was fast to meet out needs. We started out with fried ravioli and we each ordered lasagna. My granddaughter had a virgin strawberry daquerie and I had an apple sangria, which was delicious. The salad and breadsticks were great of course. We ordered desert - chocolate brownie layer cake and a strawberry cream cake. Everything about the experience was perfect, except I thought it was a bit overpriced. I know everything is going up, but $18 for a slice of lasagna is a bit much. Had a good time and would go back again, but maybe order a bit more on the cheap side with just water and no drinks or dessert. ??⭐??⭐??⭐??⭐
The food was O.K. but the Five stars go out to our waiter named Sam!! It's very hard these days to recieve not only great customer service but Something about Sam caught our attention with his genuine friendliness and caring for our family's needs and help with the menu. Professional and Great service! We HIGHLY recommend Sam to serve your table,we know we will when in the area again. His skills and compassion are very much appreciated
I went to Olive Garden for the first time ever after hearing some friends from the states rave about it. I definitely was not disappointed, our server Christan was so kind and friendly and was patient with us. The service was fast and the food was to die for! Another diner behind me was getting angry and aggressive at a server and she handled it so well and professionally. This establishment is absolutely amazing and I definitely will be coming back here when I am back in the states!
We had supper at Olive Garden-Tacoma, Saturday and we wanted to compliment Nancy (which is the same as my name) on her outstanding service! She said that she'd only been working there for 2 weeks! Well she was very professional, sweet and very attentive to our needs. Simply amazing. Very calm place to have dinner with family, colleagues or a date.The food is wonderful great taste and the service is great! The only reason we put four starts is because they forgot one of our dishes :-( even so, our waiter was super nice :-) and even gave us a free dessert as a compensation for our wait, over all it’s a great place. ????
This is one of the best maintained Olive Garden restaurants I've been to in a verrrry long time.I thought it was brand new,but it's been here for quite a few years.There is plenty of staff here, especially at the hostess desk.They could better use them to check on customers needing refills, paying their bill on those dang kiosk machines.The food is excellent, and the music compliments the atmosphere.Lunch menus should be separate from the regular price entrees.Some folks are fortunate to absorb a mistake after the meal is consumed.$11.99 vs. $20.99 + tax is quite an eye ? opener.The waite staff needs to double-check the orders to avoid this from happening.Did I mention the excellent food and service ?.Where else can you go and bring your loved ones,lovers,and special somebody to enjoy an awesome meal or celebration?
Come here on a regular basis cuase why not. The food is fabulous. Customer service is extremely well. They take care and go about what they are suppose to do to there customers. I'm already looking forward to come here again?
Great customer service! Food was great!Didn't wait too long for our food; only about 10 minutes.However, the prices have increased.About $3-$4.00 more on average per meal.With the way everything is now though, I can't complain about the restaurant itself.
Very busy because it was Valentines Day weekend. We were able to grab a table in the bar area for dinner which was perfect because that is where we like to eat.Service was great. Food was even better and the waitress was awesome. Still my favorite place to go!!!
Olive Garden has really improved their recipes. We enjoyed creating our own entrees with pasta, marinara sauce, Italian sausage, and meatballs. Also, the calamari is on point! We also had great service!
