rudest employees, yelling/complaining about an order that THEY messed up on? needs to rethink their customer service towards us. nonetheless, they burnt my pizza. WORST customer service I have EVER had. I understand it’s minimum wage, but, come on. i didn’t want to make it a big deal but, i wouldn’t advise coming here. Drive the extra couple of miles to get good service.
Card reader error during payment and ended up paying cash for the meal. Checked my bank statement today and the transaction completed, so I was charged twice. Working on it now with the manager to get it fixed, but please keep this in mind if your card transaction failed and you opted to pay cash like I did. Other than this, MOD pizza is a quick and easy place to go for a pizza and salad.
I have never had a problem with any of the food that I have ordered from this MOD Pizza, however, WA state recently passed a law requiring someone to ask for plastic ware, MOD pizzas website does not make it immediately obvious to select an option to add plastic ware, I VERY often receive my salad with literally no way to eat it other than my hands. last time I ordered MOD I called and specifically asked for a fork to be added with my order and the guy said "no problem I will make sure it gets in there" , and still no fork. well today I finally remembered to add a fork to my order and I thought, well if I order a few forks ill have a couple spares if I forget to order another fork in the future (as it is considered a whole separate item and not an Add-on to an existing item) so I ordered 10 plastic forks with my order (which doesn't seem unreasonable given that I order 2-3 times a week from this location) and when my order showed up there was very specifically one fork for my $60 order my Co-Worker who is accustomed to eating his Pizza with a fork, is also understandably frustrated by this as well.It is honestly quite insulting that MOD pizza would even give me the option of selecting a Quantity and they just quite literally ignore it.
We went to two Mods both were extremely busy but one took customers. I planned my trip well sat and enjoyed my time with the girls.
There is a distinct difference between employees. Usually a good experience, today was an exception. The girl threw my pizza together, and then it sat for a few long minutes while they ignored my pie. When I pointed out that my pizza would cook faster in the oven, she seemed irritated. Meanwhile, my lunch break ticks away. Great most times though.
Most Mod have really great quality, service asking with very nice people. This one is no exception. There is no beer on tap as previous reviews had said. They do have a couple generic beers like Blue Moon and Coors along with a couple of wines like House Wine. Regular drink selection is good as well. There's a couple of lemonades and teas along with a soda machine. 4 stars as the pizza tasted stale for lack of a better way to put it. Could have just been a crust issue this time.
We enjoyed our pizza. The person taking the order was extra friendly, but part of our order was wrong because it is hard to talk and listen. They remade it correctly.
I always order online and I normally walk in and it is ready.... today I walked in at the time promised it'd be ready and almost 30 minutes later it still hasn't been put in the oven. It is not busy and the reason I order online is so I don't have to wait. It'd have been faster walking in and ordering when I got there. Really disappointed.
I waited literally 50 minutes for my order, they kept saying it was coming. It was a $7 breadsticks so I just ate the cost and left, because this is ridiculous. Such a waste of time and money.
Rude staff? Mod pizza is always good but the staff at this location SUCK.Rude. Unpleasant. The people at the Sunrise Village location are way nicer. Whoever manages this location should train their employees on how to manage their face and tone. Awful.
