My sister took me to Moctezuma for the first time this week, and we had a great first experience! I have a high standard for Mexican food and have been disappointing a few times at a couple of local Mexican restaurants in the area. This place is nicely decorated, and the service is fantastic! Our server was knowledgeable of the menu and friendly. We had the tequila fajita, and it was the best choice! The meat was very tender, authentic and well seasoned, and the temperature, of course, was on point. 4 stars because I was not impress by the sides . The rice was dry and the plate was messy.We will definitely return and try other dishes and drinks.
Always a fantastic dinner when we are here. The service is wonderful and the staff very friendly. Definitely a favorite place for lunch, dinner or just drinks and appetizers.
What started off as an early afternoon feeding frenzy, suddenly it transformed into a mini drinking frenzy! The sampler with the spicy cucumber, coconut-pineapple,mango chamoy, had me doggy baggin’ my lunch! Much love to our waitress, forgot her name, but she was there and cheery right from 11:00am(I said early?)when we arrived until we left! Someone give her a raise!! Wonderful atmosphere, Great food, Awesome staff, what more can you ask for in this post CoronApocalypse?
One reason I enjoy Mexican food is that it is usually served on a plate that is too hot to touch. Not so in this restaurant. I ordered a lunch combo meal with a chicken enchilada and a beef taquito. The meal was lukewarm. The taquito was burnt and not edible. The waitress never stopped by again after delivering our meals until we were ready for the tab. Unfortunately, Moctezuma's has lost its lure. I have no desire to return. There are better Mexican restaurants in the area.

Celebrated my mothers birthday with my family & they were able to give us great and fast customer service even though we were a big group. Delicioso ??
Service was fast and accommodating...the presentation of the prawns a la tequila was beautiful...but the flavor was more mild than I liked. Their hot sauce and homemade corn tortillas were the best. Very expensive Mexican food. My husband had sizzling fajitas that weren't sizzling. Overall value was average for me.
Fast service with a smile. Great tasting food from Chillies Rellenos to fajitas you won't be disappointed. Drinks with it's true punch like Rum and Coke a favorite. Plus a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier worth snapping from their outside sitting deck.
The serving sizes are huge, definitely a take home portion. The food is good authentic mexican. Good service as well. Very comfortable with the social distancing they have. Nice view from the parking lot and a welcoming site
Delicious! Margaritas are huge and tasty and the food is wonderful.
