The food was bomb! Got two burritos, one Washington burrito and the other a Bacon breakfast burrito and they tasted hot and fresh. People where nice and during dinner rush only waited 10 minutes from order to getting food!
Ordered through door dash. The dasher was at the restaurant for a long time trying to pick up the order. They didn’t give the dasher the whole order but did charge me for it. Tried to call them. First time asked me to hold and hung up on me. Second time either no one there speaks English or they pretend not to. Will call in the morning, hopefully someone speaks English then. The flan tastes like they burnt it. Used to be good but whoever has been making it lately need to learn how to cook. Thanks
When I rate places i am rating the place overall so I include everything...restaurants for example I do not rate solely on there food. I also rate them based on there hospitality and attitude to me as a customer...so after saying that, I wish I could rate this 5 stars...and I would if it was a rating on just there food. THE FOOD IS BOMB! But the level of respect that they have towards me as a customer hasn't ever been very great...I don't know if they hate whipping out hundreds of burritos. In the middle of the night because the place has lines if cars to there drive thru all night, and is the busiest right after last call for alcohol...Or maybe it's because some Mexican people hate white people...I don't know...bottom line I'd there respect is a 1 and there food is 5...so that averages out to a 3! I have no problem updating my rating once I get a few nice experiences with the window lady.
Just got off work and I was feeling hungry. Didn't want to cook or drive anywhere. So, I was feeling like a burrito from Memo's. It was sooooooo good. Just got a simple bean and cheese burrito. I'm a happy person. ? Thank you everyone. I shall return soon.
Really? This is what you want to serve up to your customers? I dare your employees to eat your own guacamole. I'll not be coming to your restaurant every again. Pictured here is an 8 oz side of guacamole purchased on 3/13/2022. Absolutely disgusting.
The food was undercooked, cheese was cold and not melted on the nachos I ordered. The nachos had sour cream, avacado something, cold beans and cold grated cheese thrown on top. I took one bite and then threw the mess in the trash. The rellenos were undercooked and cold too with dry cold grated cheese thrown on top. That was the worst excuse of Mexican food that I have ever tasted. I was going to take back the food but the line was too long which really amazed me considering how bad the food is.
There was a piece of metal in my burrito. Never have I ever had a piece of metal in a burrito before. It’s rare I put a negative review down, but this is a serious health/safety concern. Someone could have chipped a tooth or swallowed this.
The food is good and they are pretty quick about getting it to you. Only issue is they are really popular and are in a very small lot. Not easy to park, go in and order, and get out. Their drive thru is short and can wrap around the block.
Order pick up nightmare/mediocre cuisine. I tried to pick up my family's online order via drive thru because the line was short and I prefer less contact. The employee prompted me to park and exit my vehicle. When I came in and gave the name, she demanded to see a picture of the name and order number which a different family member had ordered. Luckily I had my phone on me or I would have had to leave with nothing. The food wasn't that great either. Some of the worst customer service in Tacoma
I had originally given this location a 5 star rating, and that all changed tonight. I was in the area and decided I’d grab a fajita burrito and a drink. I also decided to make my order online. I got to the restaurant and waited in line for the drive thru for 15 min and then was greeted by a lady saying hello super loud into the speaker 5 times . I answered her each time until she then peeked her head out the window and clarified she had not been yelling at me but the customer in front of me who had fallen asleep and needed to pull forward. I then told them i had ordered online. She said you need to come in that’s what your supposed to done. Her tone and voice was extremely rude. Apparently they don’t use the website ordering option that is linked to their google listing. She had never seen this webpage and had to make sure and show 4 different employees my phone and laugh. I paid again for my order which I received and now have paid double. the food was a 2.5 at most . I don’t normally post these but buyer beware…. Google listing for online ordering is a scam
